Worst place I've ever been to. I walked into my car for a better look and walked inside and they said sorry can't fix it. I can put another color on it or take these off and start a new set for another 95$. I showed them a picture of exactly what I wanted they decided to go a cheaper route and glue white tips on me when I wanted a French tip. I never complain or say anything but they treated me badly when I asked them to take them off and refund me or I would pay the difference to fix them which they said no ma'am can't do that. I can take them off and charge you another 95$ Keep in mind I paid 60$ for this set, it's not even worth 30$. What I asked for. Keep In mind I SHOWED THEM THIS PICTURE. Never asked for a cheaper option they just gave me cheapest stuff. HORRIBLE DO NOT RECOMMEND. Didn't bother to work with me I left crying. It really opened my eyes to see that this business only cares about money and not customer satisfaction. I went in expecting the best because I found their page on Instagram. Don't do it. I tried to give this place multiple chances & this was the final straw. The man who works there does a horrible job. He files your nails uneven & he's extremely sloppy. Once he's done applying your color, he doesn't go back & clean up the polish around your nail. I've asked him multiple times to do so & he tried to tell me it was lotion or that it would come off when I wash my hands. I went to them last Friday & left with extremely uneven & sloppy nails nails. The day after, I went back for them to correct the issue the following day & the lady gave me an attitude & did a quick file. I ended up leaving once again, with uneven, sloppy nails. Now, here it is, day five & three of my nails have already broken. Keep in mind, this is a gel application. I sit behind a desk & do admin work. I don't do any heavy lifting. There's no reason why my nails should be broken already, if at all. Save your time & money. Do not waste your energy going here. read more

My first time here just came because it was closest at this time. Came around 4, not a wait at all. Staff is not welcoming. No smiles, no welcome just "you want nails?" Chose my color and was led to the pedicure seat. Seats are torn, nothing fancy here at all. Tools were in an autoclaved package so that was a relief! Their service list says they offer beverages, was never offered one nor did i see any. The man doing my nails did turn out to be very friendly and conversed with my for awhile. I wish I could give this nail salon a higher rating. I am new to the area and looking for a salon to frequent; unfortunately, this won't be it. The nail techs were nice and the salon was clean and nicely decorated. I also found the pedicure chairs to be comfortable. However, I was disappointed with the service I received, especially for the price I paid. The standard pedicure was $26, with upgrade options available. I selected the paraffin wax upgrade for a total of $31. I was most disappointed with the massage. The tech massaged each foot/leg for one minute (I counted). I was extremely disappointed with this as I paid for an upgraded package and the massage is the main reason I visit a salon instead of doing my pedicure myself. I would have been able to forgive the extremely light pressure during the massage had it been longer. Furthermore, while the tech was painting my toenails she kept using her long fingernail to hold my toes. Her fingernail was literally digging into my skin. In no way was that relaxing. Finally, the paint job was awful. The tech took her time, but the paint is extremely rough, bubbled up, and brush strokes are visible. Unfortunately, this was the first and last time I will visit Rose Nail and Spa. My nail salon search continues on. read more

Below is attached a photo of what i wanted vs what i got. I'm not one to complain ever but oh my. I called ahead to see if they had any time for me to come in today, the lady told me 1:30. so i go & i get there about 3 minutes early , that's fine , 1:30 comes & i'm still waiting which was totally okay with me, what i was not happy about was that i waited 45 minutes before i was seated. i didn't get sat til 2:15!!! No apology what so ever. The guy starts doing my nails, i ask for coffin, he does them super skinny, i dont know why both times i've come here they've practically almost done stiletto when on their instagram it shows they know what coffin is. Anyway, 1 hour in a lady is sat next to me, place is dead, it was just her & i, she was offered a drink the second she sat down. i wasn't offered a drink nor apology for my 45 minute wait! the nails ended up being 95.... 95. no discount for the wait or anything. anyway the third pic is when i got them done here last time & they had done them closer to stiletto than coffin. so upset, on their instagram it shows so many coffins they've done , but for some reason they never do it right on me. i paid the 95 anyway & left , i usually leave a tip, but due to the serve & not having even gotten a simple apology for the 45 minute wait i didn't leave a dime. read more

I was really excited to book here after looking at all of the beautiful nails on their Instagram, @rosenailsspa_151, and after getting a pedicure here a few weeks back. When I arrived she seemed really nice up until she took a look at my nails, which I understand I have small nail beds, but after she saw them she didn't seem happy to do my nails at all. She seemed a little annoyed. I was really nice and tried to be understanding bc of the shape and size of my nails but the whole thing seemed a little rushed and careless. I couldn't tell if she was being careless about the the design or if that's how it always is but I wasn't very satisfied. At the end my nails looked so lifted and even though she said the square shape would last longer than coffin, 2 of them broke 4 days later. It's a good thing it happened after my prom or I would be even more mad. I probably won't be going back, but after spending $95 on these nails I'd expected better quality and hospitality. read more

When someone did finally call on me, she pulled on my hands. Pushed hard on my cuticles. Hardly talked or apologized to me. She was to busy laughing and conversing with her fellow tech about something else. When done, she looked at my face and just repeated eyebrows about 4 times. I wish I could give it a better rating, because they were fantastic from the point they opened up until new ownership took over. A few months ago I walked into the salon and was surprised not to see the usual people and the new look. The salon looked amazing and I was kind of excited to see how much better it would be, because it was hard to imagine it being better than it was before. My young kids and I had a pedi, and they hardly did anything for my kids but charged a very high price compared to before. My pedi itself wasn't memorable until a couple of days later where I started to get a rash where they clipped me by mistake. The rash and infection spread to almost all the toes of that foot and got so bad that I ended up in urgent care and the emergency room for treatment and medication. It took a very long time for it to clear. I'm not sure if the tools were not cleaned enough or if the tub was inadequately cleaned, but I will never go back for sure. I went back to try this place again because the place I went to on Monday was horrible. I got an overlay and a pedicure and both were done great. The shop wasn't packed and the guy took his time on doing both. I think I may have found my nail shop. I am one happy camper now. One piece of advice. Been twice won't go back. I have never hurt or bled so much getting my nails done. I keep them short for job reasons and when I pointed out to the gentleman I was bleeding he said it was because my nail were too short. I went here for a dip set and decided to do a manicure as well. Unlike most salons, they did not use pre sanitized/ sterilized tools. The girl opened her drawer and pulled out dusty (literally) tools and began to use them on me (cuticle clippers and push tool). The work she did was okay I definitely wouldn't go back again. It was very awkward inside as it was silent in there besides the nail techs talking to each other. I gave them a shot because I saw the amazing work they do on Instagram. They do require a mask in the salon but techs don't follow their own rules. One of them was sitting next to the girl doing my nails eating. There should be a designated place for them to eat or have down time. I went to school for all of this and I know how the protocols should be. Everything ended up being $65 and there was barely a manicure with the service. read more

Clean facility. Looks like every other nail salon. Liners in the pedicure baths. Over priced. Did not stay. Went with a friend to get pedicures and manicures. Not sure her technician knew what he was doing. Used cuticle cutters to cut the sides of her nails and cut her. When she said 'ouch' and pulled her foot back he grabbed it and kept going. Upon stopping the pedicure to leave, the woman in charge would NOT stop telling her that she would do it for her instead when all we wanted to do was leave and go elsewhere. We tried to politely leave, but she kept making a scene and wanted to know why and said her technician didn't understand English. What made it awkward was they kept having a heated conversation in another language obviously about the situation. Won't be going back there. read more

This nail salon is a complete waste of money. I will never go back. The service was horrible from beginning to end. I paid for an upgraded pedicure and It was a very disappointing. Several nail polishes including the shellac polishes were so old they belong in the trash. My toe nail polish was full of air bubbles or dust bubbles from the dirty and dusty floor. I had to complain and have them repainted with a different color and I still ended up with the same results. The same thing with my daughters toes. As if that isn't bad enough I had to change the color of shellac polish on my finger nails because I could clearly see after the first coat that the bottle was either empty or super old.
