The only thing I did not like about the first one was the door was left open. That totally ruined the relaxing experience as I was concerned about being exposed. I tried them once more in 2024 and I absolutely loved it. There was a little bit of upselling, but I've seen that everywhere. I went in for 60 minutes and I did end up going the full 90 because it was so fantastic. They did ask if I wanted the hot stone treatment and I declined, and that was it. No hidden charges and no high pressure. I'm a disabled vet and I left here in almost no pain and more relaxed than I have been in years. The gal did watch the clock a lot and I was not shortchanged a minute.

The bulbs in the beds never gave me color despite going full time. In previous salons if I had gone…read morefull time in a bed with no build up I would have fried. I only got color from the stand up. I bought a package of visits and the next week they changed their hours significantly. Closing earlier at night and closed completely on Sunday's. Because I had every Sunday off that was one day I always had an opportunity to go but could not. I'm used to tanning salons shortening their hours in the summer but this was in the fall. They play a lot of Christian music and spam you with Christian messages. I thought I was tanning not going to church. Will attach a photo of their email. On my last visit they did not ask me if I wanted another package which I found surprising as someone who works in sales. That's the best time to ask someone to renew! I obviously wasn't interested in renewing but they didn't know. I would have politely explained why I did not want to renew.

I came into this nail salon because I needed one nail fixed. I couldn't remember exactly where I…read morehad gotten my nails done, and from the moment I explained that, the person I spoke with was extremely rude and kept asking me question after question. She eventually said, "We can't do it for free if it wasn't here. You have to pay for it." The problem is, I never once said I expected it to be free. I then sat down with another technician, and instead of simply providing the service I was asking for, I was repeatedly questioned about whether I needed a new set or a fill. I explained multiple times that I was simply asking to have one nail fixed and that I was completely willing to pay for the service. Even after that, I was repeatedly told that if I broke another nail, they wouldn't take responsibility for it. At that point, it felt like I was being treated as though I was trying to get something for free when I was literally just asking to purchase a service. The entire experience was unnecessarily uncomfortable and frustrating. I still left a tip because I personally have a hard time not tipping, but honestly, it was undeserved based on the way I was treated. Customer service matters, and I should not have to repeatedly explain that I am willing to pay for a service I am requesting. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this salon.
