I noticed that there are some machines that are the most up-to-date machines that you can buy in the industry at the moment. They provide plenty of areas of sanitizing stations so you can practice safe workouts by cleaning your equipment before and after using it. There is a plethora of group work out classes for anyone who likes to dabble into that kind of workout style. It seems like they had a moderate amount of staff who are extremely kind and welcoming. I experience great customer service while interacting with some folks. From the outside, looking in, it seems as if management has everything organized and under great control for the facilities and their staff. They offer a lot of options for memberships that are a reasonable price in comparison to other gyms! This trainer is also very knowledgable, friendly, fun and professional! To sum it up, I would highly recommend this gym and if possible, take the Boot Camp Classes and participate with a personal trainer! Great vibe all around!

The room I was put in was next to the managers office, the whole appointment she was on the phone speaking very loudly. The walls were thin so it sounded like she was in the room with us. Very annoying to have to listen to that the whole time. The girl giving the wax was alright but when I tried telling her how painful the wax was, she started giving a list of reasons why it was my fault it was painful I won't be going back here!

I understand, but guess what? It's ok! Because I found Sol and she's literally a mile or two down the street running her own business and at amazing prices! I'm actually a few sessions overdue on this review. I've been coming to Sol's new location for the last 4 months or so now and the experience has been above par each time. Here's the craziest part...Sol doesn't even wax me anymore!...I know, I know, the horror right?! Well there was an emergency one day and they asked if I would be fine having Shelby (another esthetician there) work on me. I was hesitant but needed the wax BAD, so I said ok and never looked back. Shelby is EQUALLY as amazing as Sol, and as a result she's been who I go to every time now. I still love Sol, but I'll be honest, it's nice to know that I can book with either one of them and have the same quality experience whether she completes the service or Shelby. At Tropical, if Sol wasn't there, I was canceling my appointment... Now I read the previous review posted here and am not sure what problem that woman had, but it can't and won't be trusted lol. I've been going to Sol for 3 or 4 years now and can definitely say that she is serious about her work and even more serious about this business. I'll add pictures when I go to my next appointment, but the decor here is absolutely beautiful. You walk in and there is a waiting area with comfortable chairs and soft spa music playing. I'll be honest, I've never had to wait in the waiting area though because they make sure that my appointment starts as soon as I walk in. I love that because a lot of the time I'm always rushing and changing things with my appointment at the last minute (Indecisive Virgo here, nice to meet you). Not once have I felt rushed, or ignored here. The room itself where they do the waxes (there are several but I've only been in the same room each time) is similar to that of Tropical, except much larger with added decor, shelves, benches etc. At tropical I was always looking for places to leave my clothes and felt like the rooms were on the smaller side - You can tell that Sol put real thought into that here, then decorated accordingly. Ok this is getting lengthy. Check out this location y'all! It's affordable with high quality service and the owner is also doing the work so you know this is a passion for her, not just a money grab.

I visited Sabour Beauty Salon about two months ago, and I've been meaning to leave a review ever…read moresince. The first thing I really appreciated was their availability. I called the same day hoping to get in, and I was told to come on in! I had called another salon and was not given a clear answer, so I really appreciated how straightforward and accommodating Sabour was. This was my first time getting my hair professionally done in about 3 years, so I was a little nervous, but everyone there was so kind, patient, and welcoming. The salon itself was very clean, and had a calm, comfortable atmosphere. I had a consultation before my service, and they really took the time to listen to what I wanted. I received full gray coverage (Demi color, I think), some type of steam/conditioning treatment, a silk press, and a much needed trim. I don't remember the exact name of everything, but my hair was soft, healthy, and beautiful afterward! I just hate that I forgot to take a picture! The color held together very well until the gray roots started coming back, and the softness lasted until I washed it myself about two weeks later (I tried to recreate the salon softness on my own, but failed:). Now I will say this: I'm not used to spending over $100 on my hair, so paying over $200 definitely hurt my feelings a little, but at the same time, the quality of the service and the results made it worth it. I don't go to salons often because of the cost, but I would definitely return when I'm ready to treat myself again. If you're looking for a friendly salon that delivers great results, I would definitely recommend them!

The owner Halima put me on a regimen of taking probiotics and getting the scalp therapy and hydration treatments which has left my scalp dandruff & flake free!!! Like I told HaLima, I just can't believe it!! If you have hair damage and scalp problems like me I sincerely recommend visiting this shop. The atmosphere is also warm and welcoming. She was the first stylist EVER to tell me I have good hair (b/c my hair is transitioning from a perm to natural and very VERY hard to manage). Thank you!!!
