I got the Groupon and tried everything. I'm so glad I tried Emily. First, she is the sweetest. I felt welcome from our initial interaction even via email to get my appt set up. She practices safety measures for COVID which is important to me. The chakra mat is amazing. The sound bowls were exactly what I needed to clear my mind. The meditation gave me a sense of peace. The essential oils woke up all my senses. The reiki massage itself has me feeling rejuvenated. I signed up for a package which is so reasonably priced. I normally get massages to manage my stress, but the relaxation lasts hours. This experience has carried me the last four days so far. I normally carry tension in my shoulders and am easily irritated, but I noticed that nothing was getting to me the next day. I felt peaceful and was happy to be pleasant without much effort. Emily is an awesome Reiki master. I received my Reiki Level 1 attunement July 19, 2025. It was very spiritual. During the Reiki practice at the end I felt my third eye open, there was a pressure there and I knew that it was opening. I'm now receiving images during meditation.
