He was so kind and gent and approachable. He even have great parenting tips. We had another grandchild who needed help over the weekend. He was out of town but his NP MaryKate was right on top of it. She was very helpful and kept in touch until the issue was resolved. Take it from a former NICU nurse. This is where I would have taken my children.

He takes the time to develop rapport with his patients and families, understands issues fully, listens well and even uses American Sign Language with my daughter. They have always had an opening that day for sick appointments and we've never waited in the waiting room for more than 2 minutes before being called back, yes seriously! He always answers the after hours line personally and even on the phone takes the time to explain and make sure you understand everything before hanging up. Highly recommend Dr. Pete!!

My family has gone to this office from elementary years through high school and we have been happy with the care here at every age. We love their informative Instagram account (see pics attached)! We have seen pediatricians as well as the licensed clinical social workers and have always felt there was a success outcome/resolution from each visit. My 3 month old had Covid, they gave him Tylenol and didn't suggest Covid or test for anything, I took him to instacare and he was tested for multiple things by one test and within minutes we had his test results. I called the office to let them know and they didn't seem to care. This hasn't been the only instant where they've acted dismissive and haven't tested or given good instructions for care of my sick children, I've gone to insta care and they get us in asap and test and give paperwork with instructions. For check ups uvped is great but for illness go to instacare.

She will wait a solid hour (minimum) in the lobby before they finally call her back, then she'll wait another 30 mins in the room, hearing the doctor and nurses bs and socialize ... before the doctor walks in to give her 1-5 minutes of generic "things look great, see you next time". I think it's beyond rude and disrespectful to treat patients that way, to treat them as if their time means nothing.

I have been taking my kids here for 4 years the first 2 were fine but something has changed and the rest has been awful. I have tried multiple times to talk to someone about this and no one cares. The overdosed my 1 year old with over 2x the amount of the covid vaccine. They didn't inform us for 2 WEEKS!! He was pretty sick and they said on the bright side you don't have to come in for the booster... Another vaccine incident when he was a newborn. The boy didn't know what he was doing and my husband and I could tell. He was trying to go too fast. He jabbed the needle in and it bumped off into his leg with the vaccine spraying on me. The needle was left in his leg and he then had to pull it out. I have no idea how much he did or didn't get and it was very traumatic for all of us. There have been other incidents but these two could actually kill my child. Did I still have to pay for the visits,yep. Did I try to talk to them before writing this, so many times. Don't go here for your children's safety.

I knew she didn't need emerangcy care, she was just a sick baby, and I was trying to see if they could just give her something to help. I called alpine pediatric and they set an appt that day, and guess what! She was getting through rsv all on her own and her little body was doing its job. The fact that they just wanted me go to the er, makes me think they have some deal with the children hospital and get a cut from each child they send there. They don't care about your child, they just want your money.
