So, a few years ago went in search of a dentist that reminded me of my dentist growing up. Dr. Lund and his team of hygienist have fit the bill. They are so good. They are kind, careful, supportive, informative, thorough, thoughtful, friendly, and just fantastic. I literally brag about my dentist to friends and family. I highly recommend Doc Lund!

The hygienists are always rushed. ALWAYS. I had several different hygienists too. I have been going there twice a year for several years. I always questioned myself WHY. It was usually not a good experience, but I figured...it's twice a year. I just put up with it. However, my opinion has now changed. I definitely won't be going back. The staff is unprofessional. Especially, the office manager. I expressed my concern about their 3% fee to use our health equity debit card for an upcoming procedure. If you don't pay via check or CASH, they charge a 3% fee. No other medical offices do this, in my experience. I use my health equity card for all of our medical expenses. When I told them I won't be coming back. The office manager was extremely rude. I just received a bill from my last appointment. I declined the option for a fluoride treatment. They charged me for it anyway. I declined it due to their added fees. I nave never paid out of pocket prior for the standard exam and x rays. They must be hurting for money. Real classy Genesis Dental! I will be fighting your bogus charge.

The hygienist Mckell is friendly as well but it was definitely a scam to pay $180 for additional services on a cleaning as I went back to my regular dentist and they confirmed I would have not needed any of those "preventative gum disease" add ons since I don't have any signs of gum disease and great oral health. The oral surgeon and his assistant is an absolute NO, very rude, sarcastic comments during procedure, rough, ect... Girl doing Xrays was a mess, kept hitting my teeth & face, rude. I have some trauma around oral surgery because I worked for an oral surgeon in California and there was a huge difference in how patients were treated once they were unconscious so I was adamant that I be allowed to stay awake for the procedure. And I was shocked that all the places I called refuse to extract wisdom teeth without sedation. Suspicious!! Well, this place agreed to take my teeth out same day with no sedation!! I had no issues after the extraction. No dry socket. No nerve pain. Nothing. Highly recommend!

I got a letter in the mail telling me that procedure would not be covered. I called the dentist and the receptionist told me to wait because they were going to appeal. They appealed and the insurance again said no because the procedure was not actually needed. Then they started hounding me to pay another $600+ and I told them to send me a bill. They sent one, I sent a check in to pay it. It has been cashed, there is proof. And yet I have gotten three more bills in the mail and text messages harassing me to pay it. I would not trust this Dentist if I were you.

I'm very sure the call wasn't just cutting out. When someone hangs up on you on a landline it's a very specific sound. I called back a third time and oddly enough, it sends me straight to voicemail. I decided to immediately call back using another cell phone and lo and behold Jeanine answers. I told her to cancel my next appointment, and no, I did not want to reschedule. She says thank you and IMMEDIATELY hangs up. Like, she had her finger on the hang-up button or something. This is by no means the first instance of straight-up rudeness I've experienced at this clinic. I've had my teeth cleaned there only twice before, and BOTH times made me consider switching dentists because of how rude the front desk ladies were, but I didn't because I didn't want to deal with the inconvenience at the time. Wish I had switched after the first time they were rude. Horrible horrible horrible customer service. I will actively advise people against choosing them when looking for a dentist.
