Then she tells me to raise my hand if a problem occurs afterwards. I never got my teeth polished she said the machine doesn't work. She did a beautiful job cleaning my teeth and gave me a generous goody bag. Overall, the Hygienist was friendly and was knowledgeable except for that one rude incident.

The office manager admitted in writing that the loan included uncompleted treatment, but instead of voiding the contract, the office has ghosted me, tried to hit me with illegal debit card processing fees, and is hiding my financial ledger. My hygienist was very kind and accommodating. I waited 30 minutes before being seen which she apologized for and gave me a $5 gift card to Starbucks which is nice (but speaks to the high cost of operating this place). She seemed to listen and did a good job cleaning my teeth. 2 stars is for her. My dentist smelled of private equity and a complete disinterest in people he doesn't relate to. He recommended up-charged toothpaste, and up-charged filling material after explaining basic dental hygiene before asking about my existing habits. Then gave a treatment plan with high cost and high urgency. I received a second opinion from a lower-overhead dentist who had practical equipment and no comfort menu or drinks to speak of, but the same service was offered at a much more affordable price and much of what was itemized by Holladay was included in the overall cost from a well-regarded dentist in the area. My personal cost-incurred was around 1/4 of what Holladay quoted. He knew he could have come in at 7/8 of Holladay's cost and would have won my business but he charged for what I needed and committed to monitoring the rest as they were not of immediate importance. If you drive a Range Rover, require luxury in everything you do, and enjoy lighting money on fire, I'd recommend Holladay. If you drive a Toyota, require practical, affordable dental care from someone who takes pride in providing to the majority of the population without the frills, I'd look elsewhere.

During our conversation, I explained that I was open to temporarily assisting your office as a dental assistant on a day when coverage was needed. I was transparent that this would require an hour commute on my part, and for that reason, I inquired whether compensation above the advertised rate would be possible. Madison informed me that compensation decisions were not within her control and that the dentists were firm on the stated rate. I understood this response and, as no agreement or confirmation to work was made, I did not proceed further. Subsequently, I received a message from Madison that I felt was unprofessional and unnecessarily discourteous, particularly given that no commitment had been made on either side. Being characterized as unprofessional under these circumstances was unexpected and disappointing. Additionally, I was later removed from the Utah Dental Networking page, which I believe may be related to this interaction. If so, I feel this action was unwarranted and unprofessional. Getting kicked out of this group prevents me from finding any temp jobs in the future. I value respectful and professional communication within the dental community and felt it was important to share my experience. My intention is not to escalate conflict, but to bring awareness to how this interaction was handled. My work ethic and references speak for themselves. I regularly find temps for my office and I would've never of handled it this way.

I don't know? Cleanings were always fine, but I am so grossed out by the lack of hygiene. If you're working on my mouth, I don't know about other people, but I expect it to be (and smell!) clean. A sick office assistant and at least one sick patient? This isn't a GP office! Do better. The Dr. is no where in sight. I will not be staying. I cannot recommend this practice for anyone with standards. The smell, the sick people, the lateness is gross and utterly unacceptable.

I do recommend them 100% I don't feel pressured at all to get services done either. Their teeth cleaning is good. They don't polish your teeth like other offices I have been to in the past. Maybe I need to ask but over all good cleaning. I had root canal done and dr. Patch was very gentle and kind allowed for breaks if needed. They do give you option to watch Netflix during your procedure. Which is cool if you need a distraction. And they give complimentary facials after cleaning. Also call for correct office hours. I don't think they have updated their website. Dr. Patch is the dentist there not the one on their website.

They don't let you know whom to call to cancel on a weekend for an appointment on a Tuesday yet will charge you $50 every 30 minutes for calling on a Monday (72 hour cancellation notice). Who does this without stating it in their policies??? The dentist will spend 5 minutes with you and gives you no options besides the most expensive. The office manager sounds like a child on the phone and is just about as inexperienced as the dentist. They want your money, and they don't truly care about their patients. I have never had such a terrible experience at a dentists' office until coming here nor a $236 bill where I only owed $36 after insurance. The $200 is for their poorly written policies. Don't go here. There are so many better offices!!!
