I absolutely recommend Dr Pham at Silver Summit Dental. He has always been very thorough with explaining any procedures, and answers all of my questions. I know I can trust any of the solutions he offers for my dental needs, and while he's very professional with his patients- he's also very friendly and makes you feel like a friend. I've had a number of issues come up with my teeth and Dr Pham handled them so well that he will be the only dentist I call going forward! Joey at the front desk is always helpful and easy to speak with, and the rest of the staff that I've worked with have also been very great. Communication, fast responses and friendliness are clearly a priority. I had a couple of more urgent issues that came up and without an appointment I was worried at first that i would have to wait a few days/weeks to be seen- but they were able to get me in the same day. I found Silver Summit Dental on yelp. I have to add to the positive reviews. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed by the staff. The front desk was easy to work with, and very friendly. Their facilities were also very clean, and well kept. When it comes to treatment, the x-rays were a breeze. The hygienist was also incredibly kind, and gentle. She was very educational in informing me on some tips, and tricks to keep my teeth clean. The Dentist was honest about the treatment I needed. They showed me all my X-rays and pointed things out. Getting fillings usually is an unpleasant experience for me, but I felt very comfortable. There was a TV you could watch, they offered me a blanket. My whole experience was awesome. I will be returning for future care, as well as referring my local friends. read more

These guys are great! Everyone always knows me by name and treats me like a friend. After one visit I was a bit unhappy about the way my charges were presented to me...in a follow up text from them I expressed this and ended up being contacted by my dentist directly to resolve it. I had an issue with a crown falling off and my tooth decaying underneath. And I called them after having an issue with a different dentist that I'd I went to. I Google this dentist because they were close to me. They got me right in took care of everything and they were very friendly and I really had a good experience. 2/18/2023 This establishment never responded to my last correspondence. They were negligent in their patient education, because as I've been informed any general dentist CAN do a root canal, but any general dentist KNOWS that root canals performed on molars SHOULD be referred to an endodntist. This establishment concealed that information. Performing my root canal was negligent. The evidence of their malpractice is there--an overfilled root that has resulted in Trigeminal Neuralgia. And I hope DOUG is reading this. You were quick to charge me 2k for this but have made ZERO effort to (1) own your part in pushing this procedure when I was vulnerable (2) I want every cent returned. And everyone should be aware of predatory "dentists" who put their dollars above patient care. So if you're looking for nerve damage--this is the place! I hate that they don't have a zero star review for this place. They should be in jail, every last one of them for malpractice. read more

We don't have dental insurance, but this dentist office was willing to work out a deal with us, which was really nice. We went in for a cleaning and X-rays. The front desk lady Joey was very nice and so was the hygienists. Dr. Pham was also very nice too. We'll definitely be coming back again! read more

My husband had a scheduled appointment to get his teeth whitened & left his office to get this procedure done. Once he arrived they checked him in & he sat there and waited for an hour without anyone following up as to why he wasn't being seen. He finally asked why he was waiting for so long & they explained that the dental technician was running behind and they THINK she will be there soon. It was upsetting that he had to ask what was going on and on top of that the receptionist never apologized or offered for him to come back another time, that just let him continue waiting and he was finally fed up and left. Since then, no one has followed up to reschedule or apologize. They only followed up to confirm a cleaning that we cancelled because we are definitely not going back there again. read more

The doctor, the staff everyone there phenomenal with exceptional service I couldn't be happier I was in such tremendous pain they were so sweet and so patient I had to have three teeth extracted when I was planning on one for sure maybe two from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out maybe 45 to 50 minutes all done. First and foremost HATE THE DENTIST, then I came across this group. Everyone from the front office, ownership, dentists and assistants were top class. Extremely quick and professional and also very kind and easy to work with. I have had major problems with multiple teeth.. I reached out and did an X-ray and even though they were booked out for weeks they got me in within a freaking day because of the condition of my issues. So grateful for them. 100/5 stars. read more

Called to see if they could fit last second appointments and the young lady wanted to be combative about what our insurance needs are after have already called a verified what was left on our insurance and knowing we'd be spending about 2,000 to get all the work we needed done. I can't recommend Silver Summit Dental enough! I hadn't been to the dentist in 2 years since I moved to Utah and have had frequent gum bleeding so I knew it was well overdue for me to come in. It was a very painful appointment for me with the deep cleaning but something that was much needed. I ended up having 3 cavities which was not surprising since almost every time I have to go to the dentist, I have at least one cavity. I have always had dental anxiety because of this and even though I was in a lot of pain, the hygienist Amanda was the sweetest person ever. She really walked me through everything she was going to be doing, when it was going to be painful, etc. Dr. Pham did my fillings and he was so great. He made sure to check in on me several times during to make sure I was feeling okay. It was also very cool to watch them both train someone while doing my cleaning and fillings. I have two appointments in the next few weeks to do scaling and I'm no longer anxious about it even though I know it won't be pleasant. I have nothing bad to say about this dental office and I would recommend them to anyone, especially those with bad teeth/gums. read more
