Rose Cleaning Services has been working in and around my home for 15 years. Bertha and her team are professional and their work is very good. They know the right cleaning products and eqquipment to use for the best outcomes. Unusual. Bertha communicates well with her clients.She takes comments and quickly responds and adapts inroder to achieve a satisfactory outcome . Be it with housekeeping or organizing the home. I need to update my review. Rose cleaning was at my house for 2.25 hours and for the most part did a great job , but they forgot the kitchen floor and left the garbage bag in the kitchen without taking it out. They were in a hurry so I figured it was an oversight. Most of the house looked great. I called for a second cleaning and the owner lied and said she was at my house for 3 hours, and now the price has gone up to 70.00 per hour. I paid 150 for 2.25 hours and things were left undone. I don't pay per hour for maid service and neither do my friends. So I am downgrading my review. Customer service and honesty is a big part of any home service. read more

We've been using Rose Cleaning Services for a year and a half. Bertha and her team always do a wonderful job. They are friendly, personable, professional, and very sweet with our two cats. They are also very flexible and responsive; that's a huge plus for me. Early on, I mentioned that I was allergic to bleach and they've never used it again. I'm really disappointed in the cleaning they did for me. This service was recommended by my realtor at the time, as we were gearing up to sell the house. The two women arrived early, which was nice. They came in and did 4 hours of something. I'm not sure what. Because when they left, a few days after, I noticed things were dusty and surfaces had not been wiped. Bertha and her girls have been coming to my house every Monday for two years. The service is impeccable! I have three children under 5 and the house can get very messy. They clean and dust everything, including breaking down all the amazon boxes my husband orders. My middle daughter has a lot of environmental triggers for her asthma like dust mites, cat and dog hair, dust, etc. Bertha, knowing this, went out and purchased a vacuum cleaner JUST for my house that she keeps here. I was happy with how they cleaned the master bathroom but, besides that, there's very little to appreciate about this cleaning service. The floors still had stains, there were still unclean areas in the bathroom, there was dust on the kitchen cabinets, etc. I had really high hopes for Rose Cleaning since I was able to easily communicate with Bertha and let her know what I wanted cleaned, but unfortunately it didn't pan out. I also want to note she's on the more expensive end of cleaning services and that left me especially disappointed with the final product. read more

This won her not only my one time business, but I will move my bi weekly cleaning services to her company in my new home. The quotes she gave me for both move in and move out were fair given the state of the properties, and the crew was able to complete both services within a matter of a couple of days, which was a huge bonus for me given my tight timelines. Agreed upon a price and time. Let them know that there is a lot to clean but I would help them. DO NOT hire them if you have have anything but an immaculate house. Person was low income, senior citizen who is disabled and they come to the house making rude comments about how bad it is... how unprofessional. Then they said they would come back even at 6AM the next day (Saturday). No. You either do the agreed upon job while you get free assistance from an able bodied person or you let someone else get hired who wants to work. I was in desperate need of someone for a move out clean after the cleaning company I hired, Smart Cleaning, was a no call no show. I reached out to Rose Cleaning and they gave me a 2:30-3 arrival time. At 2:30 on the dot Berta and Anna arrived and quickly went to work. They cleaned things I didn't know you should clean, bathroom lights, curtain rods, shower door track, drawer knobs, and on and on. Every window, window seal, and baseboard was spotless.
