My friend is a woman and recommended a specific doctor (also a woman, as I would never use a male doctor). She really raved about how great this doctor was, so I was excited to meet her. When I called to make a new patient appointment I requested that doctor and I was told that that doctor only sees pregnant women, recently pregnant women, and children. I asked if there was another female doctor, but the receptionist instead recommended a male doctor. If a female patient wants a female doctor, she should be assigned one. I'm having some wicked sciatic nerve issues and back pain, and I got turned away because I'm not knocked up. Plus, they don't seem to accept insurance.

His office is easy to find and, although it's a 50-minute drive from Buffalo, it's a nice jaunt through countryside some of the way and Lake Ontario is nearby. Let's also talk about how he uses a dry erase board & draws pictures of your spine & muscle, and lists out all the issues you are having, while giving you a lesson on what & how he does it. It's like a mini class, very cool touch! I had a lot of adhesions in my neck, that he got out. Really deep massage with direction and a great touch. He took treatment slow and asked me, if I would like more (yes!). He works and focuses on one area, and worked on my neck without making my body crack. I was fortunate to locate this clinic a mile away from where we were vacationing in August. I have…read morea great chiropractor back in Tampa Bay, but wouldn't be back there until mid September. This is the first time being out of town where I knew I had to find someone. I received a recommendation but that person, even though he knew my family, would not see a new patient. But I saw good recommendations for Complete Care, and they were able to get me in 2 days later. New patient paperwork was done online, and when I got there I did have to fill out a current assessment, which apparently is what they do with each visit (good idea). I was matched up with Dr. Greg Baumler who spent a lot of time with me and we had a good rapport even before I got on the table. He quickly diagnosed that I had one side probably 3 inches higher than the other, so he was able to adjust that and get me back in balance. I was able to work out over the next week, feeling much better and without pain. I had a 2nd visit, which was more maintanence then anything but gave me even more confidence. Sadly I got sick, so didn't want to go back to the clinic until I was certain I was negative. When I visit the area, I will definitely see Dr.Baumler if I need care. I highly recommend this place. It's conveniently located and they apparently have 6 therapists on staff.
