She listens to my concerns and communicates well before and during the treatment session. Not only is she a capable masseuse, she is one of the sweetest people with a wonderful disposition. Sometimes she gets a little behind through no fault of her own (people are late for appointments, etc.), but I've never felt rushed or been given less than the 50 minutes I'm booked for.
