Horrible. My appointment was for an eyelash tint and a brow lamination. The owner, rose, sat me down, did not ask me any questions about how I wanted my brows. She just went ahead with the lamination. I had asked her if we could shape my brows better because they needed some work. She said that the lamination shapes them. This whole process was almost completely quiet, which made me feel very anxious about what the final product was going to be. For the entire process I never got to look at my brows. While my eyes were shut during my eyelash tint, she asked if I wanted to tint my brows. I told her "I don't know, nothing dark". She went straight into putting a tint on my brows while my eyes were shut during the eyelash tint. I could not see the color at all or the shape of them from the lamination. At the end she showed me what I looked like. She had tinted my eyebrows a red blonde color and they looked unnatural. I went home and have tried scrubbing them with every household item to get the tint off but no luck. Horrible experience and I will not be back. read more

Rose Brows!! If you want beautiful eyebrows this is where you want to go. I will never go to anyone else ever!! I used to wax, but never again! when I first came down here, but being new and nobody to refer me in my area, I went to all the wrong places. So after being victimized by numerous bad eyebrow waxes, a scar from a burn I swear I'm not joking, one brow was shorter than the other, one was higher. It was horrible, so I let them grow as much as I possibly can. So I was at this great pizza place few blocks from my house in the Silo shopping center and saw Rose Brows!! Be still my heart, could it be? A whole shop for eyebrows? They have to be good that's all they do, eyebrows! So the next day I walked in and I asked for a wax so Rose herself greeted me and recommended threading I tried it, first time hurt like hell But I am so glad I continued. Rose got my brows back into shape and I couldnt be happier. I am sure you will be too!! read more

i am very very picky when it comes to my eyebrows plus i'm also allergic to wax and she did such a great job when it came to my eyebrows but i did have some stray hairs that i asked her to pluck and she seemed to not understand why i wanted them gone (?) but i also got eyelash extensions done there for a pagent and they were supposed to last 1-2 weeks and they lasted 3 days. i has to take them off because they were falling off. i did not wear makeup on them (mascara) and i also didn't scrub them so i'm not sure if they weren't glued right or if the glue was poor quality. other than that i love this place and it's the only place i would trust to thread my eyebrows. read more

I went here excited over the reviews and was disappointed. First off, some fell off after a few days. To begin, I just moved here so I had to find a new nail/lash place. One set of lashes were gone before I arrived (which I needed fill/fix) and the other were almost fully there, she refused to remove the one side for me after I asked her too. She used basic lashes & she still charged me full price. I asked for natural and received a dramatic look.. for a place that is known for lashes she did not give me any choice. I will not go back. She wasn't very friendly and didn't chat. I was kind of uncomfortable. After trying to decide what to do & even after I told her the lashes she used and glue were the same that was on my face, she hit me with" idk what you used on your face and I can't take it off" excuse. If you are big on atmosphere, and lashes don't waste your money. Your local nail salon will do better! I don't know what type of professional she is but she is not very informed.As a business, she should of been approachable, friendly and knowledgeable. I've had my lashes taken off many times and always get asked what I want! I religiously get my nails and lashes done. read more

I am so upset. I came as a walk-in for eyebrow threading, I'm super low maintenance so once in a while I've gotten a wax done or I'll just live with my unibrow; it's whatever.. But I wanted to try threading so I came to Rose Brows. After the threading was done, I was checking out and Rose offered eyebrow tint since my eyebrows were pretty light. I asked her if they would match my hair, she said "Yes, it'll match"... So I paid the extra $10.00 to get my newly threaded eyebrows tinted.. My hair is a light brown/strawberry blonde color and the reason I'm terribly upset Is because when I asked if they would match, I was under the impression the tint would match the COLOR OF MY HAIR... Instead, they are jet black now and I look like Eugene Levy until they fade out. read more
