I want to say thank you to the staff for assisting me and my family. They went above and beyond to accomodate us even after hours.

I am a current renter and I highly recommend avoiding this management company! My air conditioner went out on a Friday morning in 90 degree weather. I notified the management company immediately (early morning) and minutes before office closing, I was informed by the cooling company that they cannot come out for repair until Monday due to the management company's refusal to pay for what they consider "emergency repair". Well, I consider going the entire weekend without air an emergency! I contacted the management office and spoke with Claire who lacks any basic customer service skills. She began by telling me this is "standard procedure". Not once did she apologize for the inconvenience or offer any accommodations. After my initial shock of her tone and response, I shared that I expected a higher level of service. She then proceeded to yell and ask what did I mean. When I'm paying nearly 2,000 in rent, I told her at the bare minimum I expected an apology for the inconvenience. She continued with her apathetic response and still never offered an apology. Contacted to inquire about a model home in Smith's Walk community. Told we did not need an appointment. Drive all the way to Smith's Station and there is no one there. We contact agent on duty and get no reply. Call the agency and they are not the least bit apologetic or concerned with our time. Agent texts my husband and asks if 4 is OK, we agree. Agent on duty calls my husband and says that she can't show the model home because we already have an agent and we're not giving him up. After all of their BS she ends with that we wouldn't want to be around her because she's been exposed to COVID!! Wait....you are willing to show it at 4 and then suddenly you inform us you have been exposed to Covid?!?!? WTH??? This is completely unprofessional behavior. Don't use this agency. Get your own outside agent if you have ANY interest in their properties. read more

I have been renting a home with this company for several months. As with any home I have a couple of minor maintenance issues. All were handled quickly and professionally. But last night we came home from the beach to a house with no air....NOT what you want to find after a long drive home. After a call to the property manager, Cynthia, she took control, made things happen and the AC was repaired in an hour! Thanks so much for all your help! read more

RAE Realty has been inattentive; I have had much difficulty getting them to answer emails/questions. Prior to Dec 2013, my family started a working relationship with RAE Realty to manage our rental property in Columbus, GA. My initial point of contact for the company was very nice and she seemed to be a proactive professional. We were extremely pleased. Unfortunately, as months passed and we were not getting any updates on the repairs, no pictures, and no email responses, we realized that this relationship was going south and our house was not getting repaired. The initial timeline for completing the repairs was 8 weeks. They finally told us that the house was complete at the END OF JUNE 2014. I do not know if this is true because I still have not received any pictures despite email requests (we live in the Middle East so email is our primary source of communication). We were also told that they signed a renter at the end of June, despite having an agreement with my initial point of contact that she and I would discuss the final rental price per month after the repairs were complete. They did not honor this agreement and we still do not know what the rental price is. My family and I have been more than flexible and patient with RAE Realty, but the company continues to be terse and demanding with us when it needs something, but weeks pass when we ask for updates repeatedly. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! As a homeowner, we do not receive the rental income until the 20th of the month, they provide NO MONTHLY accounting whatsoever, the woman in AP, Becky Draper, doesn't care less, she always has an excuse as to why your payment has not arrived in a timely manner, and insists the problem is your bank not hers! If you are an owner, find someone else to list your home, not worth your aggravation! read more

This place is a joke if you are a renter. When we first moved into the house the water line was missing from the fridge. It took them approx three weeks to get someone out to place the line it. The lady responsible for that left the company and things seemed to get better. Then after signing a new lease the microwave went out and it took two weeks to get someone out to fix that. The air conditioner went out multiple times and the person they would use would not check everything so it would normally take two to three trips for things to get fixed. Right before we moved out we came home from a trip and noticed that the hall way floor was wet. I reported it immediately and I was told to find the leak and let them know. Seven days later when I found the pressure relief valve leaking on the hot water tank they finally sent someone out. He replaced the pressure relief valve and took pictures of the floor but did not do anything about the water under the floor. I had to pick up the floor to clean the water from under the floor to prevent mold and a health hazard to my family. This also prevented more damage to the floor. When we moved out they tried to charge for things that were already damaged when we moved in, the floor that I had to pick up to prevent mold and health issues, professional cleaning fees, professional carpet cleaning fees, and other things. The person in charge of rentals also changed my move out date not from when the notice was given but to when she received the copy of my orders, thus in turn violating federal law. They say that at the end of the lease they send something saying you need to have the house and carpet both professionally cleaned but it is not in the lease and they think because they send a letter at the end of the lease it counts. The floor that they did not fix even though the person that they sent out to repair it and Billy there also admitted they failed in their diligence to properly address the issue still charged for that, the professional house cleaning and carpet cleaning and even after providing proof of the written notice for move out would not adjust the move out date even though Jane admitted to changing it. Do not try to get Rose Anne involved as she will ignore you and if you tell them that you are going to proceed with court action they will say you should not threaten them with that action even though they know they are in the wrong. I have a strong case and now with an attorney not only will it cost them plenty of money and the home owner as they pushed to have the deposit released even though everything was not resolved JAG is also involved and due to violations in federal law it will be even worse for them. STAY AWAY FROM ROSE ANNE ERICKSON THEY ARE BASICALLY SCAM ARTIST IN A BUSINESS. read more
