Amazing customer service! We heard a strange noise with our unit and called to have the unit checked. We were scheduled for service the following day. They were polite, quickly schedule us to have a technician come check our unit. The technician that came to the house is named Noah! Noah was AMAZING!!!!! Absolutely wonderful! He was on time, polite, impeccable manners, talkative, kind and quickly assessed the unit and explained everything to us and was able to address our concerns on the spot. Had an appointment set for two weeks, July 14th between 12:00 - 4:00. No show, no call. I heard nothing from them for over week, then a text message that the service call was cancelled. I called to ask what their excuse was and I was told that we weren't a "priority", so they cancelled our appointment. What the hell is that, the appointment was set. They asked if I wanted to reschedule, because the first scheduled call worked so well. Go to hell, Energy Savers. Energy savers saved me and my family with these sky high temperatures we have been having recently and a two story house with upstairs reading 97 degrees it was truly unbearable! We purchased a brand new central ac/heating system from Energy Savers about a year ago--to replace a worn out system. We were told (verbally) by the salesman who visited with us that our first TWO service calls would be FREE OF CHARGE, with no strings...I remember asking him twice about the free service calls, and he assured me it was true. DON'T BELIEVE ANY VERBAL PROMISES MADE BY ANYONE REPRESENTING THIS COMPANY!!! I have been called twice since the installation by a person who wants me to agree to a $19 per month service agreement to get those "free" service calls. Uh, HELLO??? For the price we paid for the system, they ought to do the first two calls for free WITHOUT strings! read more

I recently used Energy Savers for an HVAC issue that I was charged $1300 for, which was to replace a blower motor on my air handler. It was in the heat of summer and my family was hot due to the AC being out so at the time it seemed like a fir amount to get AC back in our home. After further discovery I realized I was over charged for a blower motor that ranged in price from $170-300. If they were a fair and true business then that means their technicians hourly salary is around $800-$900 and hour, because that was the time it took to replace the motor. I highly discourage using this company because they are dishonest crooks. There are many more reputable company's in the area that will not pick pocket you for repairs. He did a great job and explained everything to me as he was servicing my Central Air Unit. I hope that he stays with Energy Savers because I will request him each time. Review follow-up: since energy savers believes that it is ok to respond to reviews with lies and b.s. in an attempt to cover up their garbage installation and customer service, this is my response to theirs: Due to their costly and inept HVAC installation which caused significant headaches and damage to my home and their argumentative and terrible customer service when the warranted issues were brought up, there was no way we were going to trust and pay them for standard servicing and maintenance. They are more expensive than many competitors and much less honest. Instead, we went through a good company called Riley Heating & Air Conditioning who has great service, waived service call fees when we used them to make small adjustments and service to our unit over the years and stood behind their work. Energy savers fought us when their poor installation caused the system to malfunction. They argued with us about what the warranty covered and only after threatening to take them to court did they honor their warranty and fix the unit. Even after the first time, they "fixed" their mistake, the system needed repaired again! As a landlord, I engage with service providers that are honest and dependable, and energy savers is the opposite of both. Riley Heating & Air Conditioning has been and will be servicing our unit biannually and hopefully this thorough review and response will help your family make the right decision for yourself! read more

On August 1, 2024 my mother noticed her floor wet from the drain of the furnace located in her closet in her home. This has happen before and it was an a/c issue. She had used energy savers on another a/c issue in past and since I couldn't remember the other company I contacted energy savers though their website marking the box of issue that stated water leak inside home. I set the appointment up for August 2, 2024 between the hours of 8a.m. and 12p.m. they arrived at 350 p.m. the a/c was running fine other then the leak but I told her to cut the a/c off so it wouldn't possibly cause more damage. I advised energy savers this by phone a recorded line. So to be clear the air was blowing cold before energy savers arrived this is important as the repair person says it wasn't running until he worked on it. Untrue it was cut off because of the leak he was suppose to look at. I kept calling them that she is 89 years old with no a/c while she waits. No concern from them. This is important because when arguing with the repair person he said when he was leaving my mother had somewhere to go. Yes she stays with me at night a 25 minute drive away the issue was no a/c all day while she waited on him. When he left on August 2, 2024 he never advised for her to get plumber it wasn't until he came out August 5, 2024 and tried to charge an additional 89.00 service charge. He and I got in a verbal argument over the phone because he said it wasn't leaking before he got their or when he left. First I had her cut the a/c off even though it was working so that the leak wouldn't cause more damage to the unit or floor. They were advised of this prior to coming out the first time. I told him she wiped the water up while it was off and he wasn't there long enough to see it leak on the initial call August 2, 2024. Why didnt he on August 2, 2024 advise it was a plumbing issue. He adived it on August 5, 2024 its a plumbing issue. I gave them the information prior to first service call and now its a plumbing issue and they wanted another 89.00 He said he used his water hose to flush it my mother didn't see him do this. She seen him his truck for the most part. Then he came in said im gluing this and this inside furnace and not charging you. Then when it was time pay the amount was 317.00 she gave him him 320.00 and he asked her to donate the 3.00. After he said it was an 89.00 service charge I called the office talk to Meagan I believe same person I been dealing with she was curtious transfered me to the service manager who I got his voice mail and no call back for over two hours. I was by that time reporting the incident to the BBB. I am very upset because my mother sits in the hot house when I made the August 2, 2024 from 8a.m. to 12p.m. and they knew I had her cut a/c off and kept calling to advice them she's sitting in the heat. They did absolutely nothing the unit was working fine other then the leak. The repair person is flat out lying saying the unit wasn't working. After no response from the service manager I called back and not meaning to raise my voice to I believe Meagan but because of my being upset over my 89 year old mother did act out of my character. I would bever yell toward a female which I was wrong but the choice word I had for their repairman I do not apologize for. I don't know what he did if anything for the original bill of 320.00 because that unit was working prior to him arriving and he says it wasnt. I know this to be a complete lie. My mother didn't follow him around so we don't know if did if anything. I want reiterate that a/c unit was blowing fine so if it is a plumbing issue my mother was charged for a service not needed or never done. God bless read more

I called and had an appointment set up for a Friday, only a couple days away. I was contacted the day before scheduled service and told our technician was ill and our appointment had to be rescheduled. The rescheduled date was for June 9th, neatly a month away. Now, for a business that claims to give same day service this is not a good look for potential customers. They did offer to put us on the cancellation list, but if I could afford to wait I wouldn't have called a company offering same day service. We'll look elsewhere. read more

I've been using Energy Savers for 17 years, I purchased a new system back in 2004 and have had the annual maintenance contract every year since. The maintenance guys have been very professional every time. Once I had a major problem with the unit and it was fixed free of charge because I had the plan. My techs were Ricky and another guy I forgot his name but they were the best and got my Heat up and running and was honest and professional... my warranty company tried to stick and to me and energy savers came and save the day I would definitely use them again!!! read more

A truly awful experience. We paid a large amount for half-done work. They cut corners, literally, on the work we had completed. We've had to have them come back and complete work they intentionally left off. There service department is even worse. They failed to properly service our unit. They missed obvious problems, that we as untrained "professionals" noticed. They charge unbelievable rates and do not complete the service you pay for. After having been a faithful customer for 15 years, I recently experienced less than exemplary work over a two and a half week period. My AC would not cool below 80 degrees so it was determined that the coils needed to be replaced which they were. This did not solve the problem, so the technicians checked out the main unit and found a leak that they told me was in the compressor. I began inquiries into new units as my unit is 13 years old. I didn't feel right at one point in discussions and hired another company. Their technician found a leak in the pipe leading to the compressor and repaired it which was a lot cheaper than a new compressor or AC unit. Energy Savers was good to send technicians out every day or other day during the two week problem to top off the Freon, but I think this could have been dealt with sooner. I do not believe I needed coils. The technicians are always great to work with. They are friendly and professional, but their diagnostic skills could use some updating. read more

Air conditioner started blowing hot air about 3 am. Called Energy savers at 8:30. I work from home AND chase a 5 and a 2 year old around the house all day so a 90 degree day with out air is miserable. Micheal showed up at 2ish (right on time) and had us cooled off by 2:15. Turns out the dogs had pulled a wire loose. Fixed it for the price of the service call and checked out our old unit while he was here and pointed out some things to watch out for. No complaints.
