We were hotel guest at the Sheraton Airport Hotel near PDX. We had breakfast here every morning and one evening we had a lite dinner. The staff were always friendly. The menu isn't large. Breakfast was our favorite here. I recommend it if you have the time before going out for the day. read more

The experience here was generally good - service, drinks, and food. My 3 star review is because they used canned chicken in both my husband's Cobb salad and my chicken Caesar salad. This was not disclosed on the menu, or I would not have ordered it. read more

One of the better airport terminal food & drink venues around. Somewhat elegant place just mixed in with the an array of shops, food and bar places. Menu is straight forward and will cater to just about anything one might want, served quickly, while awaiting to board a flight, or after arriving and wanting to have something before leaving the airport. Servers were very helpful as some of the Asian items needed explaining. But the kitchen was accurate and servers quick. Wife and I were surprised at how nice it was...esp in an airport. read more

We come here to Portland every year for our Nail show and we stay in this hotel! This restaurant is actually one of my favorites and I never have to leave the hotel which makes things so much easier. The restaurant is really cute and intimate, with really nice decor. Love hanging down in the bar, they have big TVs to watch sports! The staff here is the sweetest, everyone is so kind and making sure you have everything. They have a great bar selection and also have some nice wines. The food is always really good! They have a little bit of everything from bar food to salads to full entrees! We've had just about everything on this menu and it all has been delicious! Our favorite dish every time we come is the Cajun tater tots! These are literally the best tater tots I've ever had- great spice and flavoring! We LOVE these! The turkey croissant sandwich is also a crowd pleaser, perfect for lunch or dinner! Always looking forward to coming back here every year (mainly for those tots lol) read more

What a nice restaurant to have in a busy airport hotel. They have a reasonably spaced layout for the smaller size of the restaurant. My mom loved the prawns and scallops fettuccine! I had the smoked salmon salad. It was dressed well and had a great balance of flavor. Absolutely awesome service! You don't feel hovered over but you don't feel forgotten. You are not rushed out and the servers are happy to keep the drinks flowing. read more

This is an interesting place. I was staying at the Sheraton hotel and saw that there was a restaurant in it so it was very easy to go there. I ordered the turkey croissant club and it was delicious with very fresh avocados and crispy bacon and bread. I went over the reviews for this place and agree that this should be their own restaurant within a hotel because it gets really load and noisy with everyone in a small place, there were also people eating in the restaurant in the lobby of the hotel which was wired, so if it had barriers or walls making it it's own place in a hotel and bigger space would make it more like a restaurant. read more

I came back for breakfast and then lunch today and was happy with both the smoked salmon omelette and the soup of today. The omelette was perfectly done and not overlooked, as I don't like overcooked eggs. They didn't have the lunch buffet today but I was happy with the nutritious, hearty, and yummy soup which had beef, vegetables, and pasta. Rhonda and his colleague were running around with a fully-packed restaurant at lunch time, but it didn't stop them from doing a fantastic job in ensuring everyone had their food and drinks. read more

This was the back up plan. I thought my meal was just okay. It was a steak, so hard to mess up. Staff was prompt and courteous. If you are too lazy to venture out, it was quick eats. Expensive for what I received, but that's what I get for being lazy. There are better eats elsewhere and the menu isn't very expansive for a hotel restaurant. read more

This place has a super clean modern hotel vibe. Its right in the lobby of the Sheraton hotel right by PDX. Came here with some coworkers after arriving for a business trip. Really great service - quick and the food was good. I think that it was a bit over priced... But the over all ambiance of the place the price matches. I got a Turkey Club Sandwich with Sweet Potato Fries. Good portion and continuous amounts of water. The waitress always checked on us and I appreciated it. Overall, good lunch! read more

I've gone to this restaurant a handful of times and I have to say, the bartender Marshall has given me the best service by far. I was very impressed. Usually I need to wait a long time for drinks and food which is usually Ok with me since I like the food so much but last time I went in marshal took great care of me. Pretty bad steak. Dry, flavorless, tough, thin, everything you don't want in a ribeye. The "truffle fries were simply thin cut fries with a side ketchup packets, the salad was arugula and sliced under ripe cherry tomatoes with no dressing. They are able to get business due to the hotels proximity to nothing but the airport. The 3 star saving grace is that they carry buffalo trace. I write this before seeing how much they charge, but I won't go back and edit, I'll just enjoy my bourbon and accept whatever cost comes my way. Whatever the cost, it salvaged dinner. read more

This is less a review of the food/restaurant itself, and more of the service. As for food, I had a standard breakfast (eggs, toast, bacon, etc.). It was what you could expect from any hotel - perfectly fine, nothing extravagant. However I was pleasantly surprised at the service. All of the servers that I witnessed were friendly and hustling, and my specific server, Amber, was the highlight of the meal. She was personable and attentive, and despite me "paying" for my meal with a free voucher from the hotel, she treated me the same as if I had paid for a table worth of drinks and food. I later ran into Amber in the Club lounge, and she again was engaging and friendly, and seemed very genuine in helping me out. It was nice to interact with someone who, despite seeing thousands of transient customers a week, many who likely are not paying (or tipping), still made me feel like an individual, and was obviously very present and hustling at her job. It is enough to choose the hotel again for future stays here. Thank you Amber! read more

Typical hotel restaurant, very open and right next to the lobby, it doesn't have a restaurant feel, u just feel like your in the lobby and they just happen to be able to serve u drinks and food. If they would put up a few barriers to separate it, and make it somewhat of an actual space, i think more people would end up here.. that being said, its so quiet that everyone has to whisper, they need some kind of ambient noise like music or sports games on.. the food is good, over priced, but good. The korean wings are delicious but dont come with anything else.. i guess they dont have carrots or celery in Korea.. They have 8 beers on tap, excellent local craft choices. Staff is very friendly.. but it seems the management isn't interested in giving them a fun/thriving place to work.. read more

The Restaurant is located inside the Sheraton Hotel PDX. Dinner prices were fairly reasonable .... My wife and I were pleasantly surprised with the Menu Prices at the Hotel. Pork Chop Entrée: $28.00, Caprese Flatbread: $13.00, 750ml bottle of Beringer Merlot: $30.00. Entrees were nicely prepared with excellent presentation and flavors. read more

The service was prompt. The atmosphere was different. Sports on the tv but no volume. I guess the worst part for me was I really really wanted the fillet, which I ordered, but got served the sirloin. I was too hungry to send it back or I would have as this was a $40 meal. The creme brûlée was ok. I probably won't be back here, this was a one and done for me. I come to this hotel 1 to 2 times a year for different events and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. Yes the restaurant was full because of all the things going on at the hotel but our server Lisa was beyond terrible. We waited over an hour for food, never got any water or silverware for the entire table or anything else to drink. Then I asked her for at least a napkin and she uttered an exasperated sigh and threw up her hands as she walked away. Needless to say there was no tip and food is overpriced and marginal. To add insult to injury, I immediately got the runs!! I will never eat here again. read more

Me and my family decided to attend breakfast on fathers day. The reason we choose this place is we have been here before for brunch on mothers day and was very disappointed they aren't serving brunch anymore but decided to try out this place. Also it was the only place we could get last minute reservations and also it was close to the airport since my niece was leaving back home Maryland at 1pm. It was very clean inside and had an appealing menu. Most of the prices were a bit high for what you got since the servings were small and not at all tasty. Most of us ordered the chicken and waffles. The chicken which was in strips was well overcooked and had no seasoning. The waffle tasted like a frozen waffle out of a toaster. We had a side of overcooked/undercooked potatoes. Our waiter was nice but seamed over whelmed by so many of us at one time. We each got our food and different times since it was only 1 waffle maker each took 2-3 min to cook. That would explain why some of us got cold food. Anyway I will not be back at all to this place and my suggestion would be go back to serving brunch. read more

I arrived a later in the day on the Monday before new years eve for a job interview the next day. Once I arrived at the hotel next door I asked for a recommendation for a place to get a quick bite to eat and a drink near by, to which I was directed here. Once I walked in I went and sat at the bar I met Larissa. She was able to make a great suggestion on a local beer for me to try while I waited for a grill cheese sandwich. During the wait for the food, she was willing to hang out at the bar and talk with me (there weren't many people at the bar at the time). She made sure once the food got there that it was good, and continued with our conversation. Larissa also made sure that my beer (which I can't remember the brand of) was full, and when I ran out. As the night was drawing to an end the topic of me missing my flight due to the interview came up, we had even made plans if that had happened that I would be coming back for new years eve. My only regret with this all is that I was able to make my flight, or maybe that I didn't skip my flight for one the next day to enjoy a new years eve party here in good company! when I return Portland again I plan on returning there for good food, good beer, and even better company.
