I noticed when I was lucky enough to be there that they basically brought 5 cans of alpine spray and hit windows and doors thinking that was going to fix the problem . I was not allowed to speak to the service guy working that week unless I happen to be there when he showed up. You can call a 1 800 number and they will send the guy a message but you are not allowed to have his name or number. They are not local to chattanooga and I have no idea who they are dispatching me with when you call. Never been the same person in about 10 calls. You can also tell by all the reviews they push their sales technicians (they are definitely not pest experts) to get reviews. Basically a marketing company .
