She told me what they do and that a contract is not required. She did say they request you do at least 2 quarters. The price was comparable. I was charged $99 for the first visit, which included inside and outside treatment. Next quarter, it will be $99 they will spray outside, but if you have some issues inside, let them know. They will address it. The tech, Michael, was nice and professional. He gave me an overview of what he did and gave me some information on other services they offer.
