Worked out the details the tech arrived looked around outside peeked in the attic and said everything looked good. did not dig around the foundation, nothing. We go back outside and he hands me a bill for $500.00. now this is the first I have heard of this. The bill has knox pest, Forstson GA on it. Ok that's on me. I know right then I do not want to do business with these types of people. Then two weeks ago I'm not home a tech shows up at my house unannounced, is given permission to inspect outside the house and leaves a bill for $250.00. Again, no mentioned on the front end, not treatment just walk around the house and leave a bill. I would consider other companies before every giving these low lifes a chance.

I don't know what has happened but they've…read morenow duplicate charged me $1800 and called me to collect on services I didn't authorize which are dated a year ago on their invoice. Then when I told them I didn't authorize these charges and wouldn't be paying Angel told me she will just escalate to management and hung up on me. Something is seriously off track with that company in my experiences over the last year. Also, the people who I knew and trusted there left the company.

This year when they came out for my inspection, I was told they had changed their termite bond system. The price had increased from $140 a year to the $395 (the $140 plus $85 quarter for trap monitoring). A phone call to let me know of this change prior to them showing up at my door would have been appreciated. Very unhappy with the price increase as well as the damage done to my yard with their traps. I'm now looking for new company to provide my termite bond.

During the time…read morecovid hit in 2020, I was told by them that they wouldn't let their techs come in people's residences for safety concerns. I was told by the employee that called to schedule my appointment for a tech to come out to my home that I could reschedule those inside visits at a later date. I agreed for safety reasons. I was still charged the full $65 fee per visit even though they were only spraying outside. My contract that I signed with them says I am to pay $65 for inside, outside and underneath my dwelling. So on 3/21/21 the tech just showed up at my home unannounced and wanted to spray and I was busy at the time and had company at my home so I said "can you spray outside and I will reschedule the inside spray?" He said "ok". Then when I called to reschedule my inside spray, I man picked up the phone and rudely said "we don't do that, we have never done that!" I said "but your tech came by unannounced!" He put me on hold and a woman came on the line and said that it wasn't fair for them to send someone back to my house if they can't do it for everyone. I just told them to cancel my contract. They lied to me. I have paid my bills for 2.5 years and you can't do a loyal customer any better than that?!? On top of me paying full price when I only got outside sprays for at least 2-3 visits! If your money is hard earned like mine is, don't give it to these people, in my opinion they won't appreciate you!
