Horrible experience! I ordered delivery and the food was very good. I ordered food at work, I made sure to put in the notes that I am at work and the doors are locked and to call and I would meet you out front. I received a phone call and immediately went down stairs, I walked out side and did not see anyone, I walked around back and still no one. I called the driver and he said and I quote "you were taking too long so I left to do another delivery, I'll be back" I was mad so I called the store, told the girl what had happened and that according to my call log from the time he called me to when I got off the phone with the driver was 3 MINUTES. I asked her to remove my prepaid tip, she did. Here's the mind blowing part, I received a text shortly after going back into work from the driver on my personal cell phone, it stated: "Your cheap ass can keep your 2 dollars " I was FURIOUS! I called the store and the girl said the manager was not there but she would call him. She came back on the line and said the manager said to send the driver home but offered no apology or compensation for what had happened. I asked the girl to give the manager my name and number as I wanted him to call me personally. I received no further communication from the manager. The food was good but I would second guess the service and experience you will have with that team and the management. I am astonished at what happened and the lack of respect and lack of attention from the management to address this situation. read more

I have had two negative experiences with this Rosatis. The first time I went in, the staff members were just overall rude and frankly judgmental, very gossipy. The second time I ordered simply because it was the only place open. Called for delivery at 1:00, and they said it'd be an hour. An hour and a half later and we still didn't have our pizza. Kept calling, and it would just ring endlessly. Finally got through and had to sit on hold while they contacted the driver to see what happened. Overall not good. read more

Their Pizza is very good with very quick delivery. I cannot remember their sandwiches so they must not be very good. I just hate ordering from them because their customer service sucks. When ever I call for delivery, the knuckle dragers on the other end of the phone treat me like I'm a telemarketer; their not so much rude as just indifferent and cool. I very rarely receive a 'thank you' or 'please' and I have to beg to be able to pay with a credit card before they slam the phone down. Not Sure about the pizza but I know I ordered buffalo wings, french fries, garlic bread and a turtle cheesecake and I swear the only thing that was good enough to eat were the fries!!! I would never recommend this location to anyone!! I ask for the manager and Sam (his Name) could care less about my compliant. The turtle cheesecake was hard as a brick, it was not edible. I've ordered from them a couple of times and unfortunately the last two times the pizza has been delivered after the hour window as well as COLD. When I've called to ask for help, the manager wasn't helpful. They were polite, but the bottom line is there are too many other good choices in the Naperville area to worry about why they can't meet their clients basic timing requirements as well as serving fresh, hot food. I'm disappointed and hungry. I just had a pizza delivered to me that literally tasted like a warm Lunchable (and no, that's not a good thing). I ordered a medium cheese pizza thinking, "Hmm what could go wrong? Even I can't mess up a cheese pizza!" I also ordered cheese fries because I was (am) overly hungry and had irrational food dreams. It took a while for the food to get here, but probably not unreasonably so since I ordered through GrubHub. By the time the food arrived, I was beyond starvation and literally ripped open the bag of fries. First thing I did was shove a handful into my mouth. The next thing I did was look down at what I was eating to see if there was cheese. Nope (but that's probably the pizza gods way of saving me from myself). My next observation was that they were unreasonably soggy and not very warm. I put them aside thinking surely my pizza would be better. After fumbling with the tabs on the side of the box for nearly 30 seconds (I know!) I opened the box and audibly booed. I mean, this pizza has the crappiest looking cheese:sauce:crust ratio I've literally ever seen. The crust tastes like uncooked pita (but worse)/saltine/pretzel meh and the tomato "sauce" might actually be ketchup (it's not, but maybe just tomato paste). The cheese tasted like cheese, but not particularly good cheese. I LOVE crust so much I cringe when people discard it and even I could not ingest the crust. I'm severely disappointed. I think the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because at least the fries will hold me over until breakfast and because my boyfriend had a bottle of wine delivered to my hotel room. My boyfriend and I both work in the service/restaurant industry and often times have to eat late, not leaving us many options. At over an hour before close, we placed our very simple order. An hour and a half later, after a few calls inquiring into the status of our order, the food finally came. It was sopost to be 30-45 min. Our pasta dishes were not only cold, but not even close to what we ordered. Also ordered the pop but brought the wrong pop.Wait, it gets worse. We were hung up on 3 times by someone named Cheeto who was representing the restaurant, in lieu of who should have been there as a manager. I ordered a pizza from them and I got it and it had french fries on it and I called back and they told me that those aren't even the french fries they carry and I put my own french fries on it and you can clearly see that the cheese is melted over the french fry I spoke to the manager and he was very rude and apparently I spoke to the owner as well too. I'm writing this review because of what happened to me on Saturday, I ordered a pizza from this establishment while I was at work the pizza came and I shared some of it with a co worker we work in two different units, she sends me a picture of the pizza saying that there was a piece of plastic on her piece, there was something foreign on the pizza. I immediately called Rosatis and explained what had happened, at first they were willing to give me another pizza which would have been fine but I was at work so I said I'll pick up a pizza tomorrow then all of a sudden the man changes his mind and says bring the rest of the pizza back and we'll give you a refund, that would have been fine but I was at work and the pizza was about half gone ie I was starving so I dove in the pizza. I explained that to him and he said that's the only way you are going to be compensated. For one why would you say you're going to send another pizza then change your mind. I don't get it. Two I thought the pizza was too damn expensive $23.20 for a medium pie with 2 toppings. In Jersey I can get that and sandwich. I've worked in the food industry the customer should be always taken care of. The man was rude and unprofessional. I'll never give them my business ever. My job orders from them a lot. Not now. I work very close to this Rosati's location so have been there many times for lunch. The owner is very friendly and accomodating. You can get pizza by the slice (sausage is good!) but they also have a TON of other menu options. The beef sandwhich is huge and really tasty with cheese and hot peppers. I also enjoy the buffalo chicken sandwhich. It comes plain, but the chicken has a nice flavor separate from the buffalo sauce they put on. They have a lunch special where you can get pasta of your choice (lasagna, mostaccioli, or spaghetti). You can also choose the eggplant parmigiana which is a very nice vegetarian option. The dish is HUGE plus it comes with garlic bread AND salad. It's enough to feed 3-4 children or 2 adults. It's only $7! The calzione is good, however takes longer to cook, so order ahead! I don't know if it's their thin crust, the tomato sauce or sausage but it spells yummy to me. Seriously the best thin crust of any place out there. I wanted to give this place three stars but decided to bump it down due to being located in the pizza Mecca of the Chicagoland area and the high prices. Pizza and the cheese is decent, although the crust is mediocre. The wait times and prices are horrendous. $21 for a pseudo-large I can pretty much finish easily with one other guy? The worst experience I have ever had for pizza delivery. I called when they opened at 10am to order a pizza for delivery at noon. The person on the phone says as close to noon as possible. So there was an issue with my card chase notified me of. I called them to fix the issue. I was on hold for a while once they spoke to me they told me they would call me back because they were busy. At 11:50 I called. Then 11:58, where they told me food was on the way and hung up. Then called again at 12:10, 12:15, 12:20. When speaking with a person on the phone they called the driver- I could hear them on the phone when asking when she'd be here and if she could come here next she was so rude to the other worker. Then when she finally arrived around 12:30- she argued with me. She said she told me that food was to arrive at 12:30. She knocked somethings off the front table when throwing the pizzas down rudely telling me she needed me to move things. This small table was not meant to hold all these pizzas and the conference room where the party was, just feet away would be a better location for the pizzas- but since she started unloading the pizzas on our small waiting room table while going off on me I couldn't explain that to her. We through out all the salads due to the amount of spillage of the dressing. As seen in the photo. The bag and all salad containers were disgusting. I could not believe how pooorly this was handled from beginning to end. I will never be ordering from this company again. Especially for an event. We ordered our pizza thru Grubhub, reveived a burnt pizza. My daughter called and spoke to Rohan who was rude and degrading to her. I then called and he was very rude, would not give us his last name just kept saying they would deliver another pizza at 12:30am. I am in customer service and would never treat a customer that way. He basically said " You are just a Woman". Very inappropriate. Grubhub on the otherhand was amazing, Carol was very sweet, caring and horrified at the situation. Every time we have ordered from this place they are rude over the phone. They don't even say thank you. Then the delivery order is always screwed up. The last time we ordered from them and they screwed up the order we called right away. They told us the cook was new and nobody was in the back to watch her they said they would get us our correct food asap. Over an hour later still no food. The driver says in the background he has a hotel delivery to drop off then he will bring our food......Don't you think the order they screwed up would be first priority?? I ordered food from here on Grubhub and went to pick it up with my girlfriend around midnight on July 16th. We got into the parking lot and noticed the two people at the front counter making out. It was a man probably in his 40s and a woman who was also in her 40s. It was gross. My girlfriend and I stood in the car and watched them wondering what the f@^* was happening. The two finally saw us and then played it off like nothing. We went into the restaurant and I told them my name and they said our pizza would be right up. So we took a seat and the guy came up to me and handed me a pizza thinking it was mine. The woman was like no no no that's not theirs. The guy looked so confused. I swear he was drunk or something because he had that blank stare, off kind of look in his face. While we were waiting for our real pizza to come out they continued to hug and make out in front of us. It was sickening/awkward/unprofessional. Then the lady kept asking my girlfriend about her tattoos and making her feel weird as well. All in all it was a horrible experience and I will never go back to this location. I would like to say first that I love Rosati's Pizza. What I don't love is this location. I appreciate that they deliver to Lisle. I don't appreciate cold pizza delivered to Lisle. I ordered from this location twice and the food was cold. They should not deliver to areas that are too far for them because cold food isn't cool. The pizza here is excellent, and they sell slices if a whole pizza is too much. The dough is always fresh and the cheese will make your mouth water! I recommend coming here if your in the mood for pizza. You cant go wrong with rosati's in Naperville. The owner is very friendly and likes getting to know the customers.
