Rosati's has great pizza! We got a hand tossed pizza and boneless honey BBQ wings. The pizza was cooked perfectly. Their sauce has a great slightly sweet flavor to it. The wings were good, not great, but definitely good! I would come back for sure! read more

So my husband came in and brought chicken. Today he brought a 4 piece chicken. He left my chicken for me. I was working when I was done working. I went to eat my chicken. It would sit now on, the stove still should have been somewhat fresh. It's only been a couple hours and they gave me some chicken that looks like it was dry to death. I thought the chicken was going to turn into dust. In my hands, so I bring it back first of all the guy told me, because it's been a couple of hours. That's why that chicken looks like that. I told him, come on, dude. You know the chicken looks old as asf, but he insists that he takes care of it. And that it's brand new chicken, so you guys tell me if you think this drumstick is fresh chicken. My husband ate his didn't like it and decided to throw his away, but I wasn't going down like that.I decided to bring mine back to see if they were going to honor the fact that they know that this chicken was old. Now, the breast doesn't look that bad looks a little dry, but it doesn't look that bad. But that leg, you cannot tell me, this leg was fresh, and then the guy wanted to argue with me about it. Do not go to any restaurant that doesn't honor freshness for their food. We eat here quite often, and this was our first time.Trying their fried chicken now I don't ever want to eat here again.Because if you're dishonest, about a piece of chicken. What other ingredients are you being dishonest about? I like my health read more

Review Visit: June 2nd, 2013 Three people. Zero likes. Matt, Erin, and I decided to check out Rosati's Pizza one day while exploring Bloomington/Normal. In theory, all three of us love pizza and the three of us are not food snobs. We arrived at Rosati's on a sunny afternoon with empty bellies and an unhealthy desire to put down some pizza. The place was fairly empty. We must've just missed a lunch rush. What luck! We were seated at a table and given menus. It took us some time to adjust to the menu offerings and how to split an 8-slice pizza between three people. After much deliberation, we ended up with the pizza you see below. I don't remember how we arranged the toppings. I think one side was meat lovers and the other a cheese lovers? We made small talk while we waited for our food to come out. The smell drifting out from the kitchen was heavenly. This gave us all a sparkle in our eye and some drool in the corner of our mouth. The waitress brought our pizza out and it looked and smelled fantastic. We each grabbed a piece, put it on our plate, thanked the pizza gods, and dug in. I didn't need to take more than a few bites to know we were doomed with a bad pizza. There really is no other words to say besides it wasn't good. At all. I 'm normally not harsh but Rosati's is the worst pizza I've ever had... and I used to eat Jack's pizzas by choice. (Nothing against Jack's, I just find them not filling and a waste of money when you can buy better frozen pizzas for the same price.) It was a struggle to wolf down the pizza and act like it wasn't bad. Not that I had to pretend it was delicious in front of my friend and girlfriend but I didn't want to ruin the magic of the shared misery until after we were done eating and were far away from this place. I had brought up Rosati's to another group of friends recently and they all had the exact same reaction as we had. I am usually up for second chances but I will have to decline to give Rosati's another chance. If you are a fan of Rosati's, that's great! It has to be a pretty popular place as they have quite a few locations throughout Illinois. I just know its not for me. read more

Yes, I absolutely love their pizza. I have not tried their other food offers, but I absolutely love their sausage pizza thin

This has been my regular pizza spot. Always fresh, made to order, and delicious. You can do pickup or delivery and they are always on time. I highly recommend if in the area read more

Visiting from St. Louis. I always wanted to try Rosati's in person as we usually purchase it from the freezer at our local grocer. Upon receiving a pizza from this establishment, I definitely should've heeded the other reviews, but always try to patronize different restaurants. My husband and I ordered a 1/2 and 1/2 pizza with one half being - bacon, sausage, pepperoni and the other half just cheese. When getting my slice I noticed a piece of sausage was on my side and I just picked it off (ok, no biggie) then I tasted bacon. I went back to inspect the rest to see if the "cheese" slices had meat on them, and in fact they did. I'm not one to complain or call things in as I usually can compromise, but the cost of the pizza was way too expensive to just "let it slide". I called to explain the happenings in a cordial manner as I understand mistakes happen. No big deal! I wanted to explain what I observed and tasted in hopes to get the pizza just re-made without hassle. The young man I spoke with was unprofessional/rude to say the least. What turned into what I thought would be an even exchange of a correct pizza.. it turned into a back-in-forth of "there's no way the pizza could've had meat all over it", "I cut the pizza myself", "I don't know what to tell you", some sighing etc., almost as if I was fabricating or didn't know what I was talking about. After my husband getting on the phone to settle things after overhearing how the situation was being handled- the young man stated he needed to see the pizza for himself to prove my case. Sheesh! A new pizza would be made and sent out, but by that time I was so turned off by the whole thing, that I wanted nothing to do with the pizza or receiving another one. The defensiveness and turning a minor situation into a debacle was extremely off-putting. I've worked in the food service industry.. this is not how one should rectify an issue. 8 minutes of going back and forth over a pizza is unacceptable. NEVER AGAIN!!! read more

Delivery was perfect. Still hot and delicious. Double dough was fantastic!! I get pepperoni & xtra cheese. Ordering again right now

Ordered thin crust and wings. Both were delicious. Pizza was hot and ready on time. I sometimes forget about this place since they are tucked away on Prospect Road, but will definitely be going back again! read more

The restaurant employee forgot to ask for my name, failed to give delivery driver my room # at the motel I was staying at. When the pizza finally did show up it was cold, the nuggets I ordered were also cold. 53.00 I'd think I'd would have got compted or a discount. No follow up from manager or anything, thus the reason for 1 star read more

the best pizza in Bloomington/Normal. Great sauce and great sausage. Discounts and promotions serve the community well.

This is my 2nd time going to Rosati's and the service as well as the food was amazing. We were serviced by the manager Mike who was very friendly and provided us with quick service. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be going back. read more

Once again, it took forever to get the pizza here and it was at best room temperature when it got here . I do like their pizza but their services lacking . For the prices they charge they should be able to deliver a hot pizza within the hour read more

Yikes. Not sure why Rosatis is allowing them to operate as a Rosatis. Ordered one calzone. $35 including tip. Crust was dry. Ordered extra sausage and it was barely regular sausage. Didn't have the mushrooms I ordered. Either reboot or get out. read more

High prices for pizza that used to be great. Chicago style pizza was all crust. They were 15 mini late with my pickup order.

Pizza always tastes OK. Service at Rosatis is consistently horrible. We order from there maybe once a year just to have something different, and every time there's a problem. Covid or No Covid. Update...after spending the better part of the early morning hours wishing I hadn't eaten it, I think we're done with Rosatis. read more

Got an 18" supreme deep dish. The crust was dense and stale. Leftovers will be quite the mortification. The upside was the transaction was easy over the phone and the delivery was on schedule. read more

Food is seriously low quality and terrible customer service. You walk in and they don't say a word, then get an overpriced pizzia. Save your money don't order from here. read more

The only reason I order from this place is because my office loves it but personally the pizza is ok and customer service is HORRIBLE. I always have some kind of issue when ordering from Rosati's. Just a heads up, if you use a coupon code, make sure to call the restaurant to verify they have the order correct because their website appears to accept it but doesn't show up. I am less a pizza because of this error. The manager was absolutely no help. read more

I ordered a 12" sausage pizza for takeout. It was the worst pizza I ever had. The crust was burnt and hard. There's 4 pieces of sausage and cheese was all dried up. They charged $18 for it. It's a rip off. read more

We've been to Rosati's both times visiting Bloomington, and eaten pizza, salads, and several different appetizers, and have liked everything we've tried. The staff have been polite and the order was filled quickly. read more

I placed a 75.00 order (2 pizzas). By the time I received the pizzas, they were cold and tasteless. Very disappointed in their delivery service, never again! read more

Got the Chicago style deep dish. Nothing to write home about. It's not bad but it's not great. Lacking in flavor. Seemed really chewy which I thought was strange. Crust was decent. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. I'm sure the fried food is fine though and subs and stuff if they offer it. This review also comes from a guy who delivered NY style pizza so take that however you will, I just found it really lacking flavor. read more

Amazing Chicago pizza, my delivery experience was fast. Anyone who gets football pizza at a Chicago specialty location doesn't know Jack about pizza. Check the one bite review! read more

First time trying to order from here on 2/15/21 through the app slice & in general...I get a notification that it will be an hour (no big deal), 95 minutes goes by to find out they suddenly closed & turned off there phone where I couldn't call them, I had to call slice to get my money back, at least if you are going to close for no reason have the curtesy to refund a customers money with a call instead agreeing to an order then trying to rip them off! Thanks for letting my family wait for no reason when we had a long hard difficult day. read more

Nice welcome the service was great. I got the Chief Sandwich with fries, so good. I got it to go but ended up eating it in the parking lot in my car. read more

We ordered for delivery through grub hub and it was a standard wait time. My fiancé was very satisfied with our veggie pizza from here. I liked the flavor of the pizza but i had an issue with the cheese sliding off the pizza, kind of annoying but i just had to eat it with a fork. We also got fried pickles and jalapeño poppers on the side and it was a really good amount for the sides, however the sides were supposed to come with ranch but when we got it, there was no ranch. I will still be ordering from this place despite me having to eat pizza with a fork read more

I ordered food for delivery tonight in Bloomington waited for over an hour& a half no show no call, so i called them to see were my food was the manager said it was dropped off on the porch???not on either porch...she said well i can't help if you didn't get it we can't send you out another order or refund your money that it's my fault wtf...i get ssi i only get so much money a month i shouldn't have to pay for the manager of the restaurant to eat now my mom with helth problems of 71 & i at 8pm are starving& have to make something because they took the rest of our money+food read more

Amazing pizza, delivery was wonderful , no contact during these trying times. Amazed at how hot the pizza was, awesome sauce, and crisp thin crust, will be our forever go to when pizza is what we are craving! Thank you Rosati's! read more

Almost always takes 10-15 minutes longer than what they tell you to have a pickup order ready. When I showed up later to account for this they even threw away my pizza because it "wasn't good anymore" and I had to wait for them to make another one. This made them rush on it and you could tell. read more

Remarkable improvement since our last visit. Not sure what's changed but we are very pleased with the pizzas we ordered this evening. Toppings were sufficient, pizza was cooked properly. This is the Rosati's we expect and we were so thrilled to have it again! Thanks and keep it up! read more

What a rip off and false advertising. It cost 17.95 for just a cheese pizza. The description they put on their website for their pizza, is not what the pizza comes with. They don't tell you that it's an extra cost for the topping for the pizza you ordered. This will be my last time ever eating here. read more

The calzone I received from Rosati's was absolutely incredible! I'm in the area for work, just a few weeks, and I was hoping to find a decent Italian place. I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food for the price. I would definitely recommend giving them a try. I will certainly be ordering again before I go back home. read more

Chicken alfredo was inedible, pizza was average, I wanted to take a menu to the table to decide and couldn't because it was the restaurant's only one read more

I find it sad that any business in this day and age (especially with the proclamations about doing their best with the staff they have) a service business would argue about a coupon they provided. The shitty attitude and way it was handled has cost them a long time customer. This is not Chicago folks, treat people better or you won't have any more people to treat. We, and everybody who will listen, will not be back. Good luck. read more

Make SURE you check your order before leaving Rosati's. We had to pay $3.50 to get the pizza we ordered delivered even though they made the mistake on our order. We were told that's the owner's policy. read more

Are you kidding me, 36.00 for a pizza. Way over priced. The prices are 10.00 dollars +, over the internet menus. Looks like greedy new owners to me. No side or drinks, just pizza. Looks like pizza hut or domino's for me read more

The most rude and unprofessional business I have ever encountered. First of all when I call the order in I was toKd my coupon didn't exist for a 16" pizza, (4 off). But to bring it in any way and they would honor it. That should of been a sign but no I went to pick the pizza up. The line was at the door with all pick up orders. I called in my order at 5:16 and didn't leave until 7:45. I can understand being understaffed but they wasn't apologetic to none of waiting for pizza, They even brought customers orders and put them in the warmer and never told us whose orders they were.We had to ask just ridiculous. On top of all this he never took the money off my order with the coupon. read more
