The ladies who run this space add creative, enthusiastic flare to their inspiring venue to help your ideas develop. It's choice location in the inner canal belt makes this a grade A+ venue for work and social gatherings, easily accessible by tram and bike. The views ain't bad either; you can see as far as the Marnixstraat from it's second story window. Canals as far as the eye can see! These ladies have carefully curated their snacks; making sure they tick all the boxes for any kind of diet. They also have drip and SUPER FANCY coffee - don't forget to ask for a flat white! They are Aussies, after all. The venue is equipped with high speed wifi, chrome cast and funky tunes. There's a whiteboard wall (!) and if you're like me and have a weird thing about stationary and office supplies, you'll basically want to live up there. There are 3 large rooms, all beautifully decorated and themed with names (ask them about it!) to help you get into your creative groove. If you love quiet, victorian inspired decor, you'll love the Library. Would highly recommend their service/venue.

It's the experience that the space's hands-on hosts are committed to providing each and every time - the unparalleled service, impeccable attention to detail, and flexible offerings customised to meet your unique needs.

On one hand, it was beautiful and the horses were well-trained, and once I got into a nice riding rhythm, the experience was enjoyable. On the other hand, the trainers... I dunno, maybe it was a cultural barrier... because they seemed checked out. They just never seemed particularly enthusiastic or personable. I get that these trainers might be 20-year-olds used to training adolescent girls and they don't need to be particularly sociable to be good instructors, but it kind of felt like I was in their way and they were just rolling from one lesson to the next. Then again, I might be overthinking. My regular private instructor once said that busy riding schools tend to be like this - filling up as many lessons as possible, resulting in stretching their attention thin. They were respectable enough and some of the other students I interacted with were fantastic and much more willing to talk and trade helpful tips.

We were able to get seated right on the window area. We chose menu 5, which was just enough for two people. Everything was delicious! Their pea soup is out of this world. Don't know why as it is a simple dish but wow! I also love their herring. It was so delicious that I wanted seconds. It paired so well with their onions and mustard. And their bitterballen was just enough bite. Creamy and crispy! We also got a combination of the hutspot. They were all delicious! Although for me the meatball was just a tad bit salty but it is probably just me! Everything else was spot on. I love their dessert at the end. It was a great way to end the night. Our server and their staff were all amazing! Very friendly and welcoming. Yes it is a tourist spot but totally worth it.

We did not have one but they were happy to seat the 2 of us and invited us to switch tables once another couple left (they were checking out). Small space, can accommodate groups of 2-4, cozy atmosphere, lots of the traditional blue and white ceramics on the wall (dishes and tiles). Traditional Dutch cuisine: we ordered the Boerenkoolstamppot with smoked sausage and Zuurkoolstamppot with smoked sausage and a slice of apple pie to share for dessert. The food arrived piping hot in about 20 minutes. It was sooo delicious--the tasty juicy sausage pairs perfectly the mashed potatoes with either sauerkraut or kale. The apple pie was also tasty--larger chunks of apple and more spices less sugar than American apple pie from what I can tell. Perfect with whipped cream. A must visit if you're in Amsterdam and want to try traditional fare. Highly recommended!
