Abdo met every single one with patience and honesty. His reputation and professionalism in the industry opened real doors for us, including access to an off-market listing that became our dream home. That is a testament to the relationships he builds and how he carries himself in this industry. His organization and follow-through were equally impressive. His responsiveness often made us feel like his only clients, even though we knew that was far from the case. For example, he coordinated multiple inspections into a single 3-4 hour window on just a few days' notice to keep us within our contingency timeline, all while accommodating our sellers' scheduling preferences. When our home came with existing construction plans, he handled that complexity seamlessly, recommending contractors and personally showing up to meet them for quotes during one of the busiest times of our lives, without us ever having to ask. His construction background is also a huge bonus. He knows what to look for, asks the right questions, and gave super helpful advice on doing a construction project on top of being first-time homebuyers. And beyond that, he just has a great eye for design, which made his input on the space really valuable as we were thinking through what we wanted to do with it. We found our dream home because of Abdo, and we could not recommend him enough!

Thank goodness we had Kim by our side through our search and successful home purchase! Kim is so genuine; she is a great listener, advisor, and representative. There is seemingly no end to her work day. Kim provides nothing short of relentless service and she does it with grace and thoughtfulness. Buying a home can be a daunting process of trying to choose wisely, submit paperwork, line up vendors, and ultimately get the most value for your money. Kim and her team put our minds and hearts at ease. We felt instantly comfortable with her. Kim understood how emotional my parents were about this life change, and balanced that with helping us making a sound investment. We ultimately got the best of both worlds - our parents in a dream home for their retirement, and a strong financial investment for them as well. Kim's guidance has been indispensable. We recommend her to all of our friends and family with absolute confidence that they will have the same quality experience we did.

Kim quickly educated me on the home buying process and took us to look at the place. We closed (under listing, with credits) two months from the first day of looking at the home, all due to Kim's expert guidance. Kim also helped us with selling our condo. She provided insightful advice; after our open house we received three offers and were under contract within three days for over listing price! Not only does Kim have a strong knowledge of real estate, but she is also an empathetic person. When she could tell I was having an anxious day once, she called to check in on me later and reassure me on the whole process again. Navigating buying and/or selling can be stressful and having her guide us along the way was incredibly helpful. Kim is a stellar person and an excellent realtor, I would highly recommend her!

At the time I had…read morejust started the search to buy my first home, and to be completely honest I had already been introduced to a different firm. It was the introductory call that made the difference. Without having met either Chris or Trevor in person, they left me with the feeling that they would fight for me. They took the time to get to know me, beyond what I was looking for in a home. Did I like to eat out, was access to cafes important, what were my hobbies? It's as if they started to build a psychological profile (in the best way possible) that would further inform what area, what neighborhood, what type of home I would feel happy, safe, and excited to live in. From start to closing, they advised, leveraged their expertise, and guided me throughout the entire process. They never rushed me and were radically honest ( even though that meant more work for them). From open houses, to inspections, to walking me through the escrow process - they were there every step of the way. Not to mention, they had their work cut out for them. I wanted access to the heart of Venice, walkable to the ocean, but also in a safe neighborhood while looking for a property that was modern, had the square footage I needed, and also had outdoor space. If you live in the area... you're probably scratching your head reading this. This house sounds like a unicorn. BUT low and behold...I am living and own the unicorn house. Whether you're buying your first home or your third, Ryan + Trevor Team is undoubtedly who you should use. They operate with integrity, honesty, and hustle (you should see these guys negotiate). It would be an understatement to say I highly recommend their firm.
