Dana, my home was BROKEN into on YOUR watch and you never even bothered to tell me! My neighbor,…read morewho was thankfully on the ball, let me know. You also refused to cooperate and talk with the police. Your text back to me said your hair was wet, so you couldn't answer the phone. After that, you kept saying you were too busy to tell the police what happened. Why? Why didn't you let me know about the break in? The police said you put my life in danger by not telling me, because I could have shown up there with them still inside my house and/or they could have come back. You also didn't tell me that the keys to the french doors were also stolen on your watch, so I know that when my house was shown, no one was able to go out onto any of the balconies. You didn't bother to make any flyers to let people know about the extra parking, which is important on a tiny cul-de-sac. Most people would leave thinking a house doesn't have parking for visiting friends and family. The stagers also left boxes in my neighbor's driveway. My neighbors can attest to this. They also left boxes in front of my front door. They had been out there for weeks before I came to the house and discovered them. Most realtors would want a clean entryway. You also said you didn't have time to do an open house. I have photos of what the painter you hired did and the paint all over. I have photos of the horrible staging. You can't discount facts Dana. You then said you wanted to list the house below the market price because then you claimed there'd be a bidding war, which there wasn't. It sold for way too little. My dad was 80 something at the time and things got past him but not me. I tried to fire you because I was the one seeing that you weren't putting in the effort other realtors I've worked with have. They all had open houses. My dad is old and lives 6 hours away, so he didn't see what I was seeing firsthand. He didn't see with his own eyes the smashed windows at the front door, the bad painting job, the weird staging job with strange contemporary orange furniture that didn't fit the style of the house. That there were no flyers made for the potential buyers to take with them after to show the park nearby, that it's in a great school district, that there's extra parking, etc. You didn't bother doing this. Yelp is here so people can post about their experiences with businesses and so this is exactly what I'm doing. This was mine and my father's personal experience with you.

Whenever something unexpected came up (and in real estate, something always does), she handled it immediately and strategically. She fought for us during negotiations, kept everything on track during escrow, and explained every step in plain English. We never felt lost or unsure about what was happening. Beyond the professionalism, she genuinely cares. You can tell she wants her clients to win, not just close. If you're buying or selling in LA, call Cricket. Period.

This negatively affected visibility and inquiries. When I raised these issues and requested corrections, the agent declined to address them, stating that it would take too much time and that technical personnel were unavailable. As a result, the inaccuracies remained unresolved. When I continued to follow up regarding these issues, the agent terminated the agency relationship, which caused delays in marketing my properties. She also suggested that my listings be transferred to more junior personnel within her brokerage rather than handling the matter herself. In addition, I gave clear instructions to restrict access to a separate furnished studio unit with valuable contents and specifically requested that the lockbox code be changed so contractors could not enter. Despite these instructions, after termination of my agreement she willfully made the key accessible to the contractors. In my experience, her conduct was unprofessional, including failing to correct listing errors, not following clear instructions regarding property access, and terminating the agency after concerns were raised. Based on my experience, there were significant lapses in responsiveness, follow-through, and adherence to client instructions.

It was difficult just to schedule a showing because the seller did not want to move, which already made things complicated. On top of that, communication from Bri was very poor/ little to none. She was SLOW to respond to my realtor and often delayed getting back to us, which made the process unnecessarily stressful. Once we submitted an offer, we were told there were multiple offers on the property. (LIE) Shortly after, the seller significantly raised the price.(20,000$). The entire situation felt more like a game than a professional transaction handled with transparency and integrity. It honestly felt like we were being pushed to increase our offer without clear evidence of other active buyers. Ultimately, we decided to move on and pursue another property, which ended up being a much better/cleaner fit. Interestingly, once we canceled our offer, the home went right back on the market and continues to show as available. That definitely made us question the "multiple offers" we were told about. She doesn't care about veterans or military/law enforcement. Buying a home is already stressful, and clear communication, honesty, and professionalism are extremely important. Unfortunately, that was not our experience her AT ALL. I don't recommend using this flashy mindless realtor. She also tried to threaten the open house and bribe me to not have the open house for me to pay more. If I could give her ZERO stars I would. Her name is big and all hype if your serious with money and want something with quick response time stay away!!!!
