Fresh goods early in the morning are not hard. There was a line out the door and it seemed to be popular. When ordering (everything is expensive) you are prompted for a 20-25 percent tip. I think that's uncalled for considering you order and you wait at the counter for your bakery items. A 10 percent tip is generous and fair to all parties. I wasn't impressed but the crowd waiting says otherwise!
