Kristy,…read moreLuna, and Jessie were extremely welcoming and accommodating during our Hydro Facial treatments and we were both seen at the same time which was very convenient. My mom chose to do the Hydro Facial + Collagen Boost treatment while I chose the Hydro Facial + Oxygen Infusion treatment as suggested by Kristy. Kristy started off my treatment with cleansing, exfoliation, and extraction. She informed me about different products she would be using on my skin beforehand to be aware of any sensations that may come up which was a nice heads up! Kristy also gave wonderful and straightforward advice to maintain a good, healthy skincare routine. She provided informative advice with specific products to use to help improve the skin. Luna continued on with the Oxygen Infusion treatment, which had a very cooling effect on the skin and ended the treatment with a relaxing shoulder, neck, and head massage. Once my mom and I had our facials completed, we both agreed that our skin felt much more lighter, radiant, and glowy! We are very satisfied with the results from our facials and will be coming back again for our next session next month! Thank you to Kristy, Luna, and Jessie again for the amazing work.

The $99 special came with cleaning, extraction, head/shoulder/neck massage, and more. The hour went by fast and wished it lasted longer. My specialist recommended I upgrade to something that has more moisturizer techniques since my face was a little dry, for $139. I passed and would probably come back next time to try it. Jessie made sure I didn't feel pain and checked in on me throughout the process to make sure I was okay. My face felt so smooth and clean afterwards. My favorite part was the cleaning of the dead skin with the suction. It helped my face feel smooth. Jessie recommended I put on more M3 and B5 serum on my face, which she did during the session. Now I'll be doing research onto products that would help my face! My only feedback is have a wedge pillow to put under the legs. My back started hurting after awhile.

Extremely Disappointed - Poor Service, Lack of Accountability, and Questionable Practices…read moreI'm not usually one to leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my recent experience with Arrive Med Spa. I've been receiving Botox for years and typically need only 30-35 units for my face (forehead, eyes, etc.). I had 79 units banked at Arrive, and because they're closing for renovations in December, I was strongly encouraged to use all remaining units in one visit -- even though I expressed that I never need that much. Trusting their expertise, I went along with their recommendation. To my disappointment, all 79 units were injected, yet entire areas were completely missed, including the right side of my forehead and part of the left. The result was lopsided and underwhelming -- I still had visible forehead movement, which should not have been the case with that dosage. When I returned to have their mistake corrected, I was told I had to pay for half of the additional units needed to fix it. I ended up paying nearly $1,000 total -- for something that usually costs me $300-$400 -- and still had to cover part of the correction for an error I did not cause. I pleaded my case to Jackie, hoping for some accountability, but she wasn't convinced they had done anything wrong. I was told management reviewed it and stood by the decision that I should still pay for part of the follow-up. What's more concerning is that, unlike most reputable med spas, Arrive rarely shows you the product being used before injection. You never see the vial or how it's being prepared. At other places I've been, they always show the Botox label and draw it up in front of you -- a simple but important step that builds trust. At Arrive, that transparency is missing, and it left me wondering whether I even received authentic Botox. I trusted this business with my care and feel completely let down -- not just by the poor administration of the Botox, but by the lack of transparency and unwillingness to take responsibility for a clear mistake. I deeply regret pre-purchasing units, and I highly doubt I will return. I wouldn't recommend this place based on my experience. Be cautious. Ask to see the product. Question recommendations that deviate from your norm. And don't assume that pre-purchasing units guarantees a good experience -- in my case, it cost me more in money, trust, and time.

Her facials are different vs others since she really massages your face/neck and a bit of your shoulders as well. She also can remove stubborn acne, trim overgrown brows, and slap your face to provide good circulation (feels so good!). My skin is glowing every time I see her! I've noticed after seeing her a couple times, she's able to tailor the facial based on her understanding of your skin. Her prices are unbeatable, and with the quality of the facial...you just can't compare her to others. Totally recommend. She is located in a new salon vs what is on this Yelp listing in Union City and is by appointment only. if you are looking to schedule, try calling/texting the number. Definitely more availabilities on the weekday, but you can also schedule for the weekend if far enough in advance. I can't imagine going to another place to get facials, and I hope I never have to!

My rating is rounded up because of the amazing massage. After a rough couple of weeks I decided to…read moreclean my clogged pores. I came in expecting the worst but I've had worse and I've had better. I bumped it down and was debating docking another star off for the following reasons: -I got a stye. You know, the tender, swollen, red eye pimple? I wear gel liner and apply with a clean brush with every application in addition to mascara (new tube every 3-4 months) and have lately been using a lot of coconut oil due to eczema flare ups right under my eyes. I've been using coconut oil for years now, so the sudden stye was alarming. Linda put a lot of oils on my face including something she massaged me with. (Hallelujah. A massage. Head face neck shoulders and upper back) I loved what she used because let's be real. My skin was on point after the appointment but it's all up in my right eye and I'm tender and I'm over here feeling like a panda without eyes! -I got some greasy hair. Woah baby. And by grease, I mean, hand me some chicken wings and we got a snack in the making. (Jk. Salmonella. Gross.) I never plan anything after a facial anyways so I went home and showered, washing my hair twice just for safe measure. -I was slapped. Lol it sounds so wrong but she goes from a lovely A+++ massage to *smack smack smack!* right to the face. I'm gonna say this was for blood circulation and punishment for my snoring. Side note: her sink is not in the room so she walks in and out occasionally to change the water and the room is a bit cluttered. Minor annoyances but thought I'd mention for those of you looking for ambiance details. All in all. My skin is in great condition minus the stye on my right eye. I really should rate 3 but that massage dude. I'm coming back just for that. This next time though... I'll ask her to avoid my eye area even if it looks like i caked some all purpose flour underneath.

Hard to find words to describe the most amazing spa/facial experience I've ever had! I haven't had…read morea lot of facials or spa experiences in general, but I am an avid ASMR facial watcher (lol!) and my experience with Nicole was truly a dream! I've never felt more relaxed in my life! My vision board for 2026 included more self care, and the first step to taking that was going to a professional to get treated and hear their insight into what I should be doing for my skin. I actually booked this appointment originally for November 2025, but had to reschedule twice because I got really sick both times. I was finally able nail down today's appointment, and the process was super smooth! A deposit is taken upon making the appointment, and the rest is paid after the service. I booked for the Personalized Facial + Manual Lymphatic Drainage (1.5 hours). There is a consultation form that is sent a few days before your appointment so that Nicole can better understand your skin type and routine. I am a combo skin girly with literally only 2 steps to her routine (cleanser and moisturizer, and an occasional toner), but I want to improve my tone and texture. During the facial, Nicole talked me through what she was doing and what products she was using that were tailored to my skin to target my concerns. In the end, she recommended a few products that fit my needs for both my skin and the simple routine that my lifestyle requires. She is incredibly knowledgeable. The massages were also amazing omg, I definitely fell asleep a few times during the facial! It was so relaxing, especially the Manual Lymphatic Drainage at the end of the facial. And Nicole has a super relaxing voice! I am so excited to try out the products she recommended and will definitely be coming back!

She thoroughly explain her procedures her steps on how she's going to you know cleanse your face first and then pick away any extractions and then how she goes about with the lymphatic massage part. Love the initial calming lavender spray that she sprays first before starting to you hope you relax and gave a bunch of great tips for aftercare and showed me tips how I can also do gua sha at home. I love the fact that Nic's is the only place in the Bay Area that does Manual Lymphatic facial massages!! I highly recommend her. If you want something to help you detox, the toxins and the fluids from your body. It's so soothing and relaxing I also wanted to point out the fact that you after the massage, you see a slight difference, difference immediately as your face is like slimmer down and then the next few days it continues to flush out the toxins, and you see your face like slimmer and less puffy, which is amazing.

First, I was shocked that a basic kids' pedicure for my 8-year-old son cost $27. All they did was trim and clean his nails, followed by a short leg massage. That price seems extremely high for such a simple service, and there was never any discussion of pricing beforehand. The biggest issue, though, was my own nails. I paid about $55 for my gel manicure--$35 for gel polish, plus an additional $20 for a French tip and a small Mickey design. When I woke up the very next morning, less than 24 hours later, the entire gel polish had already peeled completely off one of my thumbnails. The French tip and Mickey design on other nails were also already lifting and peeling. I've never had a gel manicure fail this quickly. If I lived closer and didn't have to drive across the bridge, I would absolutely return to request a full refund because this level of quality is unacceptable. Between my dad, my two kids, and me, we spent close to $500, so we expected much better workmanship. My daughter's nails actually turned out great, so this review is strictly about the quality of my nails. One other thing that bothered me was my dad's pedicure. The staff kept offering him additional services during the appointment, and he kept saying yes without realizing each one came with an extra charge. By the end, his pedicure totaled over $100 plus tip. I really think pricing for add-on services should be clearly explained before they're performed so customers can make informed decisions. I've attached photos showing my thumbnail the morning after my appointment, along with photos I took the night before. It's incredibly disappointing to spend this much money and have a gel manicure start peeling in less than 24 hours.
