I highly recommend this firm. I was in much pain an they fit me into the schedule immediately. They clearly explained all the potential out of pocket expenses and at my request gave payment options. The root canal completed by Root Canal Specialty specifically by Dr Dmitry Vodopyanov was one of the worst experiences I have had by a dentist in my 64 years . The damage to my gum and the fact that after over 4 weeks my tooth is still soar and the gum damage by Dr Vodopyanov may never heal to where it was pre the root canal. I have had numerous root canals in the past and never had any issues. The staff was very pleasant but I would avoid this dentist. Not only did his procedure damage my gum, resulting in having to take antibiotics and the pain that resulted over weeks post root canal and my tooth is actually worse pain wise than before the procedure. Unbelievably quick, painless, and nowhere near as uncomfortable as even When I've had fillings done elsewhere. Had no clue a root canal could go so good. The entire staff provided me with respect and professional care. After having episodes of tooth pain on and off for months without an official diagnosis from my dentist (tricky case), nobody ignored me, talked behind my back, or dismissed my excruciating pain. 3rd Root Canal- first time at Root Canal Specialists!! By far the best root canal experience I've had. Even after 3 root canals I get anxious going in for my appt. The entire staff made me feel comfortable from the minute I walked in: from the receptionist to all the dental techs/assistants to the dentist to the business manager! Friday afternoon at 3pm they call me to tell me they don't accept my insurance and it's going to be $1400 to fix my tooth. I scheduled this appointment a month ago due to having time off, and they pull this crap the day before (not counting weekend days when they are closed) my appointment. What a disorganized, unprofessional office. You want a negative review, this is the type of service you provide, pathetic. read more

I want to have NO stars for this review but i have to select at least one...........WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! The words that come to mind when describing this place is EXCRUCIATING PAIN, unprofessional, torture, cold and disrespectful staff and the dentist ("Dr" McWatters) has no idea how to do his job! !! I have had root canals before and had no issues. This place I'm pretty sure is a torture chamber! I had to wait a hour just to see the doctor. During the procedure I wasn't fully numb and I could feel EVRYTHING! After a LOT of groaning the dentist ("Dr" McWatters) finally stopped to give me more numbing stuff but instead of walking away for a min and letting the numbing stuff kick in, he immediately began working again. Needless to say I felt EXTREME, SEVERE AND EXCRUCIATING PAIN. I was yelling, balling (like a baby), waving my hands in the air for him to stop and banging my legs on the chair but he WOULD NOT STOP! I have a high pain tolerance and this was unbearable! !! Then after the torture session, the "Dr" refused to acknowledge that he hurt me. I asked him why I was in even more pain afterwards than I was when I came in and he said "yeah, I don't know. It has nothing to do with what I did"........STAY AWAY FROM THIS DR and office. The staff had bad attitudes and completely uncaring attitude. They were cold and not professional at all. I can honestly say that I'm traumatized from this experience and it usually doesn't bother me to go to the dentist. read more
