On June 24th, 2004 I had my appointment for a root canal and Dr. Racek reminded me about possible outcomes and also reassured me that the procedure wouldn't hurt and ya know what?!? He was right. He applied the gel that numbed the area for the needle and told me I'd feel a little poke but I felt nothing at all. The last 2 injections I felt a teeny bit but that's not even worth mentioning here. (Although as you can see, I did mention it here.) They let the anesthesia set in and soon Dr. Racek began his work. His calm and confidence rested easily on my mind, and he'd reassure me telling me things were going well. The 2 gals that assisted him showed perfection at their own jobs and they worked together supremely well. All 3 of them, really. I was told the procedure could last an hour to an hour and a half, but with the expertise and the perfectly scripted requirements of each of their positions, they were done in just over half an hour. I was in awe, dumbfounded and amazed at the end of it. Done so soon? Wow! Not to mention I was very happy, too. Back at home the anesthesia wore off after a bit and I had no pain at all. Started going here for many years, the service was ok, and one time i had to switch appointments…read morewith my Father, and after that is was a complete disaster. i got a lady that cleaned my teeth, and i didn't really feel like they were cleaned very well. after that i scheduled my next appointment with the lady i have had clean my teeth for almost 10 years. got a new job took time off to have my teeth cleaned, haven't even worked there for 2 weeks and i come in and they canceled my appointment without contacting me, they contacted my dad. I'm a legal adult, they are not allowed to contact other family members. my dad didn't respond as he left after they screwed up his crown 2 times. and when i get there i get told sorry, please come back tomorrow we can stay open late for ya. who outright just doesnt contact the actual patent that is going to have his teeth cleaned. TBW I'm 26 well passed the age the my parents would take care of my medical appointments etc. all in all they handled this terribly. this office is a hack, and i would stay far away from it. they have lost my whole family's trust and we have since moved to a different dental practice that actually cares about there customers and wants them to have good teeth.
