The hygienists, assistants, techs, etc are equally as great. I see Dr. Birchmeier and I think he is a great dentist. He has his quirky dentist jokes and asks questions when he has his hands in your mouth! He really cares about his patients and when you have work done other than cleaning, he makes sure it's done right and looks great. The patient area is open and bright. TBW I'm 26 well passed the age the my parents would take care of my medical appointments etc. all in all they handled this terribly. this office is a hack, and i would stay far away from it. they have lost my whole family's trust and we have since moved to a different dental practice that actually cares about there customers and wants them to have good teeth.
