One thing I absolutely love is that the clinic offers pre-packaged herbs and teas that you can purchase directly. It makes following through with treatment so much easier and more convenient, especially if you're new to herbal medicine or don't want the hassle of mixing things yourself. If you're looking for someone you can truly trust with your health--whether it's for ongoing wellness or specific concerns--Dr. Shen is the best in the South Bay. I can't recommend Shen Clinic enough!

Having experienced acupuncture from multiple TCM practitioners, I can tell that Dr. Chang's points are very accurate and really tap into the Qi, or the body's energy, effectively. Treatment is usually 20-25 minutes, but I'm sure she's left me longer sometimes if she feels like I need it. I always walk out feeling refreshed and happy. Dr. Chang was very thorough in her examination. Along with the cupping, the treatment she provided quickly took away my inflammation. Within one month of treatment I was completely free from swelling or pain. I was amazed at how effective and efficient the treatment was. Dr. Chang does not push the herbs like most TCM doctors do. She also speaks fluent Taiwanese and Mandarin Chinese. It feels like going home every time I see her.
