Even when our venue created problems only weeks out from our date, Andy did everything in his power to make everything go smooth, and he delivered on every single promise! The day of our wedding couldn't have been better! His entire set up was perfectly on time, and there were absolutely no worries throughout the delivery of appetizers and entrees. He even threw in kids meals for the little ones in attendance. I cannot write enough good things about his entire service from prep, set-up and the actual meal service. Oh! And the food was amazing too! I had both beef tips and chicken, and they were both delicious! Thank you Andy for everything you did for us!

He wrote down our choices after the tasting and we went with a buffet as plated service we have attended at other weddings never goes well. Matt called two weeks before the event to verify numbers and details. We had the reception at the La Crosse Center Ballroom which was beautiful and spacious. Matt and his staff took care of everyone and my Daughter and Son in Law were extremely happy. Especially with the Cheesecake Matt made just for them that was a little different than requested but they absolutely loved it. I found Matt to be well organized but most of all the food was wonderful and plentiful. No fires to put out on that very special day for our family. I highly recommend Matt and Premier Catering.

When it came it being organized with my information, they were not, and did write down anything or remember what had been discussed at different meetings MONTHS before my wedding. When it came to my wedding so many things went wrong and the actual owner was very rude to myself, my family, and the guests. He also did not serve how it was discussed and acted as though many things were going wrong and was rushing everywhere. Also, as I had said the food being wonderful at the tasting, it was not that same food I tasted at my wedding, and MUCH LESS food that what said would be given. Not recommended due to food and the treatment we received from not only the servers but he owner himself.

Second time here and it blew us away even more!…read more We have gotten the BLTT, Prosciutto de Parma, and the Spicy Italian. All were some of best sandwiches I've had. The BLTT was our favorite of the three, but all blew us away! Scallion potato salad is great too. I love that the meat is local and so much of their sauces and everything are homemade which we always appreciate. Service is always friendly and restaurant is always clean. Fun to browse their unique and local grocery items while you're waiting for your food. They also have some good Happy Hour deals! For special dietary needs: they have gluten free bread and you can make any sandwich into a salad (for keto, gf, etc).
