It somehow offended him that I wanted to ask questions and learn and pick based on price and materials of my window covering, so he began criticizing me in my own home. He said that I'm not giving him much to work with and he has never had anyone ask the price, or even a price range, and other more critical things so that I started to feel unsafe with a man in my home, alone, with my baby and small toddler. I just tried to ask for samples or a list of what materials I had picked out, and he refused to give it to me. I can't believe you are treating me this way in my own home, and felt so unsafe until long after he left. Do not do business with this couple, insist on a different regional office.

It took them well over two weeks to respond to the first email, and they asked a question about the blinds. I responded immediately, and they simply never responded. I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. When I finally got someone to come out to fix the blinds, I had to take time off of work to get this done. The repair is outsourced to a third-party. The person providing service was great, but it turns out that 3 Day Blinds miscommunicated the problem to him, so he was not able to fix the blinds. He stated that 3 Day Blinds would reach out to me again once the correct part was received, but of course, they never did. I've sent about five follow-up emails since then asking them if they can please provide a response. I was very patient. I was not being a jerk at all. They just are not responding. So think hard about whether you want to spend thousands of dollar on blinds from this company when then could turn into a useless item if something ever breaks. They will not respond, and you will have no support.
