I had installed it myself, and the wiring was honestly a mess, with cables running across the roof and cameras mounted to the fascia boards. I fully expected them to ask me to remove everything or charge me extra to deal with it. Instead, they never even brought it up. They carefully worked around every wire, temporarily moved what they needed to, put everything back exactly where it belonged, and never charged me a penny extra. It was actually much neater when they finished. When they removed the old roof, they discovered quite a bit of dry rot. It looked to me like they replaced a significant amount of fascia and damaged wood. I was preparing myself for a surprise bill of $1,000 to $2,000 or more. Instead, they charged me exactly what they originally quoted, plus only $500 for all of the additional wood replacement, labor and painting which took them almost a full day. Another pleasant surprise was that they didn't ask for a deposit. I didn't pay a single dollar until the entire project was finished and I was satisfied with the work. They simply texted me a secure online payment link where I could pay by bank transfer or credit card. They even absorbed the credit card processing fee, which is almost unheard of on a project this size. Most importantly, the finished roof looks absolutely beautiful. I'm not a roofing expert, but I know quality craftsmanship when I see it. Everything is straight, clean, and perfectly aligned. The drip edge, flashing, corners, and overall attention to detail are outstanding. JV Roofing should be extremely proud of both their employees and the way they run their business. They are honest, fair, hardworking, and clearly take tremendous pride in their work. JV Roofing completely earned my trust. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone needing a new roof.
