I called the following day as I have heard NOTHING, to follow up and they said they'd get the work done this afternoon and I would get a call at 2pm when they would be on their way. NOTHING. WORSE BUSINESS. NO RELIABILITY, ALL BS CUSTOMER SERVICE, I should have known that all their 5 stars were from many years ago. Nothing recent. As prior 1 stars, they are as real as it gets. The office is in the ghetto. Everything from service to location of store is the worse of the worse. Go to another glass company locally on yelp. You won't get anything fixed here. They don't care about customer service and I can't imagine the poor work if customer service is that bad. Save your money and time.

They were also an hour late without acknowledgement, rolled their eyes when asked for a quote, and had horrible customer service over the phone, referring my wife as "some lady," so I used that number to shop around. My contractor friend suggested AG Glass and they were able to get me a quote over the phone for $350-400 from a measurement I took from home. Then, even though they estimated a two week turnaround, they confirmed an appointment in less than 2 days since the initial call. The work was great, though because of an admin screw up, the technicians came 45 minutes later than the 10-12PM window, but they owned up to it and decided to knock off $60. So instead of paying $460, I ended up paying $300 for my bone-headed mistake! Pretty great experience overall and would recommend them!
