This was an amazing experience and a gem of a company ! I called another place that's been a longstanding in Santa Maria for many years bc I didn't know about this company. Well long story short , they gave me a run around which led me to find this place. I called late afternoon and they came over first thing in the morning!! Service was excellent. Fast glass was definitely FAST! Handled my broken track to my sliding door and fixed the lock in less than 20 min tops. Maybe 15 min! The value of it was great, reliable people, and the job was great ! I'm going to use them for all my homes windows and sliding door issues ! I called yesterday afternoon and Denise and Charlie were here this morning. I needed a doggie door replaced that had been permanently installed on the wall side of stationary glass in an old sliding door. It required analyzing the challenge, removing the old one, resetting the permanent glass after it was moved over an inch or more then screwing and calking the entire door assembly into place so it moves and locks securely. Great name for this business!!! I would highly recommend Fast Glass. Each time I called Charlie, he responded quickly. I had a double-paned window with encased mullions. The mullions had fallen down inside the window. He explained that it could not be repaired and had to be replaced, gave me a quote and said it would take 2 weeks to make the window. About 12 days later he called to set up an appointment. Just like clockwork, he was there on time with the window, even though he had hurt his back and was obviously in pain! We had Fast Glass come out measure 6 windows. This is an old house and I was concerned if the replacement could be done without a lot of reconstruction. Charlie delivered. After a few years fighting with a sliding glass door with broken wheels that leads to our enclosed porch, we finally decided to get it fixed. It wasn't a big issue because it's usually open during the day eight months out of the year. Anyhow, on the recommendation of the Screen Shop, I called Charlie. He and Denise were available right away; they came to the house when they said they would and replaced the wheels (after leaving briefly to get the correct wheels), in less than an hour total hands on time. I can't address the fee because I'm not familiar with what going rates are, but, overall, it was worth it. read more

Don't waste your time. I am only giving 2 stars because they did come out to measure when they said they would. But after that it went downhill. I was told they would have a quote emailed to me within 2 days. I waited for 6 days and heard nothing until I finally called them. Was told "Sorry we are SO busy". Then they sent a quote that wasn't for the work I had requested. I would not trust them to do the work at that point. Look around, you can find a business that offers better customer service than that. Why give your money to a company that doesn't seem to care? read more

Although they showed up fast to measured my broken window I haven't heard from them since. They said they will call me with a quote for the repair but never did. I called them back during the week and they will not receive my calls. Really not worth calling if they refuse to pick up your calls and to call you back. read more

Charlie had to help me with a window that had to be replaced as the dealer broke it prior to delivering my new RV. He ordered the window, installed the brackets and left it to cure for the dealer to slide into the track (easy peasy).
