We are EXTREMELY happy with the results of our project! We used Tinoco to repaint the interior walls, doors, baseboards, built ins, and ceilings in our entire home. They also did an absolutely fantastic job at flooring installation of our luxury vinyl plank flooring, as well as the removal of the existing tile that was in the house previously in some areas. We wanted the project done on a pretty fast timeline and Ray and his team made sure that that happened! They kept in constant communication with us and collaborated with us on our plans, budget, and overall aesthetic choices so that our home truly felt like our home when it was finished--and, I am SO happy to say that it does!! Better still since I sometimes agonize over which color to paint he picked up samples painted them on the wall, and it turns out he has a good eye for what makes a house look good. recently he did another smaller job that's exterior and again very old buildings daily back to the 1950s, and I liked his prep work very much.
