We are EXTREMELY happy with the results of our project! We used Tinoco to repaint the interior walls, doors, baseboards, built ins, and ceilings in our entire home. They also did an absolutely fantastic job at flooring installation of our luxury vinyl plank flooring, as well as the removal of the existing tile that was in the house previously in some areas. We wanted the project done on a pretty fast timeline and Ray and his team made sure that that happened! They kept in constant communication with us and collaborated with us on our plans, budget, and overall aesthetic choices so that our home truly felt like our home when it was finished--and, I am SO happy to say that it does!! On an additional side note, I will say that not only did we enjoy working with all of them. We chose to buy new cabinet doors since the previous contractor left them in bad shape. Rick recommended another contractor that helped us get new cabinet doors, and he built new drawer boxes. Rick prepped and painted the doors. They look incredible, have a smooth finish, and gave our kitchen a much needed facelift. We also contracted with Rick to paint the exterior of our home. He promptly responded to my call, came out to look at our project, and gave me a fair bid for it. When I accepted the proposal, he told me when to expect him, the time he would arrive, and the duration of time it would take him to complete the job. He did not disappoint. He showed up on time with supplies on hand to get the job done. Part of the process required painting, and he is very keen to pay attention to details. He didn't leave until details were addressed, and he finished in the time span he said he would.
