We are very satisfied with the new windows. The road noise from Hwy 46 East has decreased substantially. We had dual pane windows already and most were metal framed Milguard but almost every window had failed panes with water inside, actually dripping down The install was done in one day. The crew was efficient and worked on one side of the house to start so I could stay with the toddler in the other side. Then we flipped it. The crew Marty, Joe, Dylan A, and Shilo were great and we are happy we upgraded our windows. 2 screens were damaged during install so we still need those but we're happy to check this project off our list and the more quiet house is so appreciated.

The city of SLO now requires a building permit along with a copy of the blueprints of your house, which adds to the cost. This is not the contractor's fault. An hour later I received a call telling me to go to another shop as they do not like angry emails. They apparently read their emails but do not respond to them. They do not know what customer service means and I am a previous client as well. A simple phone call to let me know the schedule would have prevented all of this. Hard to believe. Update. The manager called back and apologized for his attitude as he had to put his mom on Hospice today. He promised his partner would call me next week after Thanksgiving to get us taken care of.
