BEWARE of Reliant Roofing…read more We find the conduct of Reliant unprofessional and reprehensible and DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. This company engages in egregious billing and tried to bully us with false charges. We entered into contract with Reliant Roofing company to reroof our house. It was a very expensive contract that came to over $230,000 for the agreed amounts due. (see attached image) However, after job was complete extensive damages to our driveway, rain gutters and property costing over $35,000 to repair became evident. They claim to have taken precautions not to damage our property, and sent a single cherry picked photo to support this. Fortunately for us we have multiple security cameras with videos of what actually went on and the damage they caused. Reliant also includes charges of over $4,000 for work not done. Reliant did not dispute that the damages occurred during the roof repair because of their heavy equipment and roofing work, but refused to take responsibility. Instead, during our email exchanges Reliant began adding new and false charges of over $40,000 to their total amount due in response. Seems to us they added these false fees in a poor attempt to cover the similar costs of the damages they caused. Reliant also continues to insist on charging for the work not performed. They threatened us with legal action and collections from an out of town law firm if we didn't pay. We had to hire an attorney and it's a legal case now. In total, Reliant' falsely ran up the invoices to over $270,000. (see attached image) Only after a letter from our attorney did they dial back this amount. They continue to deny responsibility for the damages they caused. What a mess, would never use a company that handles itself in this way.

Dissatisfied 80 Year Old Veteran The first of three…read morecontracts to fix a roof leak was 2-24-21. I spent $3,588.00 total. The first contract was to install new wood, shingles and reinstall a skylight. That work created an additional leak which was patched but didn't fix the original leak. The second contract was a new spark arrestor which didn't fix the leak. The third contract was chimney stucco repair and paint chimney but that didn't fix the leak. After the chimney repair I was told there was a small hole in the AC duct above where it's leaking. I paid an AC repairman $148.99 to tell me it had nothing to do with the leak. There were numerous return visits for water tests, roofing cement, etc. They were unreliable. There was a least a dozen missed appointments - no show, no text and no phone call. Text messages weren't answered. I was told to call when it was leaking so someone could identify the specific location of the leak but when I received a call back hours later I was told they can't "just" send someone out when I call contradicting what I was told to do. In the last text 11-3-25 I was told I had to replace the reinstalled skylight without another water test. I wasn't told in 2021 the skylight should be replaced when I signed the first contract. Replacing the skylight may be another guess like the chimney work, AC duct and spark arrestor. On 11-3-25 I asked for an estimate for a new skylight and installation then received text "OK" but never received an estimate. As of the date of this posting, 2-2-26, the roof is leaking in the same spot on the ceiling in 2021. I don't recommend Stonebridge for any roofing work, stucco painting or stucco repair. I felt disrespected for five years and don't recommend Stonebridge to senior citizens.

I am conflicted in this review, as I am aware that StoneBridge was collaborating with a HOA board…read morethat was unfamiliar with construction basics or the industry and was also working through an A&E firm as the owner's representative and the construction manager. I wish that the situation had been different. In general, there have been numerous issues that are not part of the standard construction process. It is difficult to determine whether the HOA, A&E firm, or Stonebridge are the source of the problem, or if all three are involved. Regrettably, I received five unresponsive emails from StoneBridge, which is why the rating is low. Had I received feedback and the support that was promised, I would have rated it higher, as I am not entirely certain that all of the issues are solely due to Stonebridge.

He would have seen this had he have went up in the attic. They also stated my main shut off valve was in a location that was actually the hot water only valve. I gave them an extra star since the inspector did come back out and assisted to find the home shut off valve (which we never did and I hired a plumber to install - but this was all on my since it was after the sale) They did send someone out to fix the springs in the window after I noticed it. Unfortunately, my husband has to replace the dryer hose in attic. Also, save your money on the termite inspection. They listed any wood issues as "wood destroying organisms" and listed "wood rot" in this report and checked off the YES box. I did not need them to tell me the bottom of the wood trim on the garage door had rot, that should have been in the regular report. Save the money and the headache and hire a different company if you want the inspection to be done correct and list what you really need and do what they say they will do.

They were patient with me were able to squeeze me in first thing in the morning within 48 hours of me calling. They ended up getting one mold sample and two air quality samples along with a baseline sample they did outside. Altogether it came out to be about $225. The results came within two days and confirmed my suspicions. Either way I would highly recommend this company. Their professionalism and kindness really made me feel like they understood my worries.
