We were told it would take 4 to 6 weeks for the materials to come in, which was accurate. The challenge was the installation of the door by Ian's brother in law. There was a 1/2 inch gap at the top of the door on one side. When I mentioned it, I was told the manufacturer ProVia would have to fix it and they would call me within two weeks - no call after three weeks, so I called at 10:00 on the Friday before Memorial Day and was told to call back next week. Called Tuesday and received a call back on Wednesday saying they would check with the manufacturer. ProVia called on Friday to say it would be three weeks for an appointment- meanwhile the door would not lock, so I propped a door at night against the door. ProVia actually came out two days early and fixed the lock and molding but we were told the 1/2 inch gap needed to fixed by Energy Windows, so after another round of calls they finally fixed the gap. Frustrating experience and disappointing results. A little empathy would have gone a long way.
