We were traveling cross country when we realized we had a gash in our rental SUV tire... it was leaking air fast. Rood's happened to be on the road we were on, so we stopped. 30 minutes and $17 later, it was fixed and we went on our merry way. We were really grateful they could get it done so fast as we were on the way to drop our daughter off at college. We found them to be very helpful, reasonable, and good at their jobs. I was VERY impressed with their service when I was on a roadtrip and found a nail in my tire. Though they were busy, they got me right in and checked the rest of my tires for any nails. They found another nail in one of my other tires. They charged a very reasonable price to fix them and also rotated them when I asked them to. They were the nicest people there. We were traveling from IL to CO last week and had a blowout on an RV tire on the interstate. Got the spare on and proceeded 30 miles to Sidney, NE. First thing next morning, after a few calls, I was put in touch with Roods. Very helpful and upbeat on phone, got us in within the hour. Kept their lot open so we could pull the RV in! Once there however, they didn't just replace the tire, they noticed that 2 more also had separated belts. Once pointed out to us, it was very noticeable and I'm pretty sure we couldn't have made another 30 miles. Now, of course they didn't have 4 new RV tires and after contemplating for a while, they ended up going to another dealer in the area to get the two they needed! I didn't want to go anywhere else because they had already been so helpful and it's not like we can just whip in and out of any old parking lot. Anyway, everyone there was so helpful, friendly and above and beyond kind of folks! PLEASE use Rood's if you are ever in need, they won't do you wrong. read more
