I have to say that customer service was top notch!!! When my husband got there they got him right in and before he knew it he was back on the round in less than a hour! Russ really took care of him and even threw in better windshield wipers than he had on his vehicle due to the weather that he was getting into. For only having 7k (I use synthetic oil) since my last oil change, I could not believe how filthy these were. ( I went into to town away from the fast food centers/Cabelas /exit.) There I found Randy's Auto Care. Randy, was an exceptionally nice man. Stopped his work on another vehicle in the garage, cleaned his hands thoroughly and rani the code machine on my auto. It checked out that it was nothing to worry about. He asked if I had gassed up with a high ethanol gas. I originally had but stopped it in N. Platte. He said this probably caused it to tell the sensors there is a problem. He cleared the light for me. Charge? No. If you have a problem near that area go to Sidney. He is the professional, A+ honest man you would want to meet out in the middle of plains. They also have a parts store right there on the property a stone's throw away from the garage. A good community member you can count on.

Today I went in to the Walmart Auto center to have my oil changed. I tried a few weeks earlier but…read morethey don't carry my oil filter for my car. So I went to Auto zone to get the oil filter so Walmart could do the oil change. Well the guy at autozone gave me the wrong oil filter and Trevor(not sure if he's the manager) went over to autozone to fix the issue so they could do my oil change. After autozone gave him the run around they finally gave him the right filter and they were able to do the oil change. The whole time Trevor was calling me and letting me know what was going on. This Walmart Auto Care center was one of the only places open on Sundays that I could find. Kelley and one of the techs (didn't catch his name) kindly took the time to assess my tires and test drive the car to make sure I could drive back safely. They suggested to get an alignment after I arrived at home. I deeply appreciate their kindness in going out of their way to help me out when they were already busy that morning! I…read moredidn't have a issue with how the car was driving but the panel being loose was annoying and could potentially be a danger to other drivers, so I called Steve's towing to see if someone could just come out and screw the panel back on. The person on the phone was quite rude and did not offer any solutions. Instead she just said "we're closed, go to a bigger city". You'd think they would want your business and for a Saturday morning you'd also think they would be open and happy to help but guess not. I had to wait til I got to Des Moines to be helped by a kind mechanic who was able to get me in first thing in the morning. I was helped very quickly, they open their shop an hour early just to help me get back on the road. Truly I appreciate it so much because I am going back to California and have a long drive ahead of me. This is an excellent tire shop and I highly recommend coming here if you need help with your tires. I was scared to death of how this process would go and whether or not it would be difficult but new life auto made this very easy and quick and I am so thankful to be back on the road!!!!
