Due to the weather conditions he asked me to call some tire centers in the Sidney area. I called on Nebraska Tire and explained the situation to Russ. I have to say that customer service was top notch!!! When my husband got there they got him right in and before he knew it he was back on the round in less than a hour! Russ really took care of him and even threw in better windshield wipers than he had on his vehicle due to the weather that he was getting into. I've never met Russ but he treated me with respect and took care of my hubby. Thank you for going over and beyond today! We appreciate you!!!

I have been going to a dealership for my oil changes for the last 40k miles. Today, this crew presented my cabin and engine air filter to me - they were disgusting! For only having 7k (I use synthetic oil) since my last oil change, I could not believe how filthy these were. After calling my regular dealership - they had it documented that I had not had a filter change in 40k+ miles. Thank you Nebraskaland! You guys were incredibly thorough and it is very much appreciated!
