Due to the weather conditions he asked me to call some tire centers in the Sidney area. I called on Nebraska Tire and explained the situation to Russ. I have to say that customer service was top notch!!! When my husband got there they got him right in and before he knew it he was back on the round in less than a hour! Russ really took care of him and even threw in better windshield wipers than he had on his vehicle due to the weather that he was getting into. I've never met Russ but he treated me with respect and took care of my hubby. Thank you for going over and beyond today! We appreciate you!!!

I have been going to a dealership for my oil changes for the last 40k miles. Today, this crew presented my cabin and engine air filter to me - they were disgusting! For only having 7k (I use synthetic oil) since my last oil change, I could not believe how filthy these were. After calling my regular dealership - they had it documented that I had not had a filter change in 40k+ miles. Thank you Nebraskaland! ( I went into to town away from the fast food centers/Cabelas /exit.) There I found Randy's Auto Care. Randy, was an exceptionally nice man. Stopped his work on another vehicle in the garage, cleaned his hands thoroughly and rani the code machine on my auto. It checked out that it was nothing to worry about. He asked if I had gassed up with a high ethanol gas. I originally had but stopped it in N. Platte. He said this probably caused it to tell the sensors there is a problem. He cleared the light for me. Charge? No. If you have a problem near that area go to Sidney. He is the professional, A+ honest man you would want to meet out in the middle of plains. They also have a parts store right there on the property a stone's throw away from the garage. A good community member you can count on.

I was passing through, driving my mother's car from Oregon to the south, and her car kept throwing itself in limp mode with an engine light and traction control lights popping up. I was stuck in Wyoming for days, and decided just to push through as much as I could - get as close to home as I possibly could. I finally couldn't push it anymore and ended up here in Sidney Nebraska, with the warning lights and limp mode, just received an ice warning and I was freaking out because I don't know anyone in the middle of America. I called around to a few auto shops, but Pittam, Mike, was able to offer some help on the spot. He figured out what exactly was wrong, a small tiny little plastic piece holding my map sensor wasn't locking, and I was able to finally, finally continue safely my drive home. Mike you're an angel, thank you. Thank you for giving me the ability to get home. May God bless you and watch over you!!!

They don't do repairs, but I was looking for advice to see if it would be okay to fix later or if it was too dangerous to drive. This Walmart Auto Care center was one of the only places open on Sundays that I could find. Kelley and one of the techs (didn't catch his name) kindly took the time to assess my tires and test drive the car to make sure I could drive back safely. They suggested to get an alignment after I arrived at home. I deeply appreciate their kindness in going out of their way to help me out when they were already busy that morning! I was relieved and full of gratitude after my experience here. The team is friendly and thoughtful, both in person and over the phone! Thank you!
