We were desperate to get an estimate to negotiate the price of the house, so our realtor recommended we call Scott Barnes at Urgent care Roofing. He met me at the house within an hour of my desperate call and gave me the estimate which I thought was extremely reasonable. We were able to use that estimate to lower the price of the house. Fast forward 3 years, (it took us that long to finally get to replacing the roof) I called Scott, who remembered me, was at our house next day with a very similar price. He had a cancellation and was at our house the following day in between rainy stormy days, with his amazingly efficient crew. within 12 hours our old roof was down rotted wood replaced (with photos) and new shingles perfectly placed. I highly recommend Scott, couldn't be a nicer man, his crew was fantastic and we have the relief and satisfaction of knowing our roof is brand new. Thanks Scott and The Urgent Care Roofing crew.

Dallas and George were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were both very polite and courteous,…read moreand their communication was excellent and always very timely. I can be pretty indecisive when making a big decision, so I had a lot of questions for Dallas. Not once did he ever make me feel like I was being a bother. In fact, he was incredibly patient and reassuring and reminded me that this was a significant investment and a lot of money, so I should feel completely comfortable asking any questions I had. I really appreciated that. I also didn't have to wait long for the work to begin, and once they started, everything was completed in just two days -- which was impressive considering how much work was involved. They removed my very old gutters, wrapped all of the exposed wood, installed new soffit, and installed all new gutters. They were an extremely efficient team and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend Dallas and George to anyone looking for quality work, great communication, and genuinely nice people to work with.

The day of my appointment I waited all morning so I would be available for my appointment at 12:00. I wasted half of my day just to be stood up by a company that apparently doesn't care about their commitments or their customers. If this is how they treat you before hiring them I would hate to see how they treat you afterwards. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!

Mr. Armentero got an estimate to me right away. Meanwhile, I checked him out online. He's been doing this work for many years and I found others who had good experiences.
