Repairs are not because fixing one spot doesn't guarantee new leaks won't start elsewhere. Very few companies provide roof repairs at all these days. Middletown is the only company that has ever evaluated my roofs and said "No, you do not need a new roof at this time". I had a repair done today. I needed two shingles replaced that had come loose. Three other companies, who were trolling my neighborhood, told me I needed a 40,000+ roof replacement because of wind/hail damage. Middletown came, examined my roof and replaced the two shingles. I had extra shingles in my basement, I did not have hail or wind damage!! They are courteous and timely with their repairs. Very Highly Recommended Slainte

Literally the wood under my shingles was rotten due to not having it properly installed 5-6 years ago. When Juan came out for consult he was so comprehensive with his efforts. I cannot even believe how damaged my roof was under the roof. Finally our back roof is set up to not leak. I am so impressed with this group and plan to have them do all my future projects. Next on my list are the gutter guards. Juan treated my home like his own, and I could not be more pleased with their work. We put this off too long and now seeing what damage we had underneath truly makes me sick. He also cleared out and cleaned gutters and I had lots of repairs needed. Now I just need to pay my roof off so I can Schedule for my new guards. Patty at the office and Juan are truly so helpful and it is so nice to find a business you can trust, and takes care of you like family. Well done!! Also, they have 3rd party financing partners if you do not have the cash available for your project.

One that we considered had an excellent reputation, but had no workers' comp coverage (exposing us to unacceptable risk should an employee become injured on our property). After several recommendations from trusted sources, we went with Upside, and are so grateful we did! Austin's team, during one of the hottest stretches in the summer, did the tear down and installation in two and a half days, and the end result is a beautiful roof. The workers took care to avoid damage to our extensive landscaping and flower gardens, and during one sudden downpour, stayed on the roof during a thunderstorm to make sure we were watertight! Austin also worked with our homeowner's insurance to respond to their questions to our satisfaction. And after their meticulous cleanup, you would never know they were on our property!! And the overall cost was highly competitive with other area roofers. We can't recommend Upside Roof Systems highly enough.

Of the two companies I reached out to, Roof Doctor came in with the best quote, and Tim was knowledgeable about ways to address our needs without redoing the entire roof. He also helped us with our insurance company get the maximum amount back for the storm repairs. His team was able to come out shortly after we came together on the quote, and they were easy to work with when we decided to also move a downspout and replace the fascia board along one side. We had one issue where we asked them to come back and cover a hole in the siding, which they helped with. I hope we don't need any more roofing services anytime soon, but I would reach out to Roof Doctor if I do.
