I booked a 1.5 hr body work session ( with Kevin) and this was hands down THE best (and deepest) massage I have ever received in my life. Deep tissue, thorough, intuitive. Clean and hospitable environment. Cherry on the sundae; incredibly fair ( and rare!) pricing. I won't be going anywhere else moving forward. Fabulous :))) Thank you Kevin!

Coco is her name and spoke a bit of English. I had a 60 minutes massage and she was able to rub all my tight spots with the right amount of pressure and it was really a very relaxing experience. I was encouraged to get the 60 minute Shiatsu massage and bottom line, it's a rub and tug, if you know what I mean. It wasn't Shiatsu at all, they were probably trained on the spot, I could have done better with limited knowledge. Bottom line, if that's your thing , it was probably great, if you want a real shiatsu, Swedish or reflexology treatment, do your research, this isn't it. To be completely fair, I was at another spa close by a while ago for a foot massage and I doubt if it was any different, although I can't prove that, I only had the foot massage. Just an alert to anyone who maybe looking for a real massage, not a rub and tug.

Well Nasha didn't disappoint! Sasha from Beijing took care…read moreof me at this basement spot on the north side of Dundas and was very friendly with a welcoming smile, which helped to make up for the lack of English, which was only rudimentary. What she lacked in communication, she more than made up for with mad skills in reflexology. Amazing! When I left the spa, I immediately noticed that what felt like a bruise on the bottom of one foot was completely gone. That's something I hadn't experienced before and was very impressive. I asked about the options for combos and when I said, how about the 45/60 min foot/body option for only $10 more than the 30/60, she said "too long" lol, ok I get it. Going by how hard she worked on my feet, that extra 15 minutes would be a killer grind for a measly $10 extra. Sasha was one of the friendliest people I've met in these spas, with a kiss and a hug to send me out into the winters night, nobody would complain about that kind of send off! Her body massage was top notch and I can highly recommend Nasha, for your muscle relaxation needs.
