In fact this was my 3rd time changing my appointment and they were always super helpful and understanding. They use an OPEN system colon cleanse machine called (Angel of water ) which is great for many reasons. 1 . You don't need much supervision with those system so it allows you privacy . 2 . You can stop the flow of water with the on and off switch if you feel like it's getting too intense. 3 . The area of the system is nice and big so it allows for less "accidents" to happen and also helps you to relax. I'll definitely be back to this location. The only part of the experience I found a bit confusing was that the entrance was somewhat hidden inside a health food store. This may be a bit confusing if people aren't aware of the exact location. Didn't deduct any stars for this as it does make the space more discrete. Greta job guys !

These are students, so the assessment portion is very thorough and may be longer than you are used to if you usually go to a spa. You will still get a good-length massage. The quality can vary depending on the student, but overall, I've found the calibre pretty high. Only downside is you can't get insurance coverage because the students are not yet RMTs. But, the rates are cheap (and they often have discount promotions!) and overall, a really good experience!

We are big fans of nordic contrast circuits and have visited plenty of similar spas in various cities and countries. For the price, this one covers all the bases very well with few frills, and that's okay with us. The service was good, and the employees friendly, even if they did seem a bit overworked at times. This location isn't as luxurious in its other amenities as some other options in nearby Niagara-On-The-Lake, so if you're after a full pampering experience, you might look into one of those, but the much lower cost here made it a worthwhile trade-off for us. Plus the location is convenient to a lot of other sites and restaurants, and free parking is included. All in all, good facilities, good people, good price point. We will be back again for sure!

And yes, the 2 other women that were there were chatting up a storm, so not your relaxing, spa type environment. The staff, though, were very kind and helpful. I'd say if you have time and the same amount of money, head an hour east to Thermea spa, which is well worth the time and money!

The high-tech machines that they use for colonics are very efficient and permit far more privacy vs the old fashioned colonics system. My lashes and I have been in a very serious relationship with Mariia for the past year now. I must…read moreadmit that I have trouble with committment, as I'm always wondering "Is there a better hair stylist/brow specialist/nail technician out there that I haven't met yet??" but after my first appointment with Mariia, I just had to lock her down as my official lash queen! First of all, she's incredibly talented- she wants you to look fabulous but she will not sacrifice the health of your natural lash. I wanted very dramatic lashes- long and full but Mariia explained to me that my natural lashes were too weak and she was concerned that they would suffer damage. She promised that we could eventually build up to that level of drama if my lashes strengthened (which they eventually did!). Mariia keeps up to date with her training and certifications so she offers unique styles, such as Kim K and also...coloured lashes! I tried blue and purple and they both looked amazing. I thought coloured lashes sounded crazy (especially since I work in a very conservative office) but with her magical skills, Mariia blended in purple lashes in such a classy, subtle way. I constantly receive compliments on my lashes and it's so flattering because alot of people will even question if they are natural, since they don't look overly fake. I must admit, on special occasions, I ask for the Mega Volume and I definitely can't pass those off as my own but as mentioned further up, working up to having healthy lashes strong enough to be at this level was my goal! The whole lash application process can be very tedious, as you're lying down for over 1.5 hours but Mariia is such a sweet and fun person, you will enjoy the conversation as much as the end result. The bed is really comfortable on its own but there is also a memory foam pillow to rest your head on, as well as a very plush, warm blanket, if you get cold. The studio in Bloor West is fairly new so all the signage isn't up yet but it's a really nice, clean space and the decor is modern and chic with girlie touches. There is plenty of parking on the side streets, right along Bloor St or Green P parking lots (there's one right across the street on Windermere Ave).
