She spent the whole time talking about her Egyptian boyfriend that she's been with for a month, which distracted her from what she was doing. Next thing you know my hour was up and she only got to my back and lower legs? She never touched my hips, neck, thighs, lower back, arms etc. This was the worst massage I ever had and I could've got my little cousins to do a better job. Each time I asked her to apply pressure she told me it's too difficult for her because I'm on my side. I'm obviously on my side because I'm pregnant and it's a prenatal massage. I'm not someone that's hard to please at all but I did inform the front desk it's a disappointment that I have to pay for that type of service. The front desk didn't bother to ask me any questions or seem to care, they just said to have a nice day. I was looking forward to that massage all week because of these pregnancy pains...I still left there in pain and $120 less in my pocket lol not a good experience at all and I won't be returning. ...not to mention, their new rooms are as bright as they're shown in the pictures here. If you're like me and prefer the room to be dim and relaxing you won't enjoy that part.

Lucy did the full time but it was evident she didn't want to be there. If Lucy can't do her job she should not be working there. 3) This place is very dirty. During my time with Betty, there was a bad smell in the room, it smelled like rotton eggs in the room. The smell was so bad I couldn't stay the whole time, I called off the massage. I was in the room with the shower and the shower stall looked like it never been cleaned. Gross. I asked to talk to the owner about my concerns but the owner was too busy taking phone calls and looking after the schedule. I cannot recommend this place, I'm going somewhere else.

I got their Spa Wellness package which included a massage(I chose the hot stone massage), a wellness facial, manicure and pedicure. The massage therapists are great, they really focus on relaxation and comfort. All the other employees are also very helpful and warm. It's located in the basement of the Marriott fallsview hotel, and the hotel itself is so nice, you see a gorgeous view of the falls from the hotel lobby when you enter. The vibe of this place was calm and relaxing, Krista was UNREAL and they told me they dont accept tips. Wahhhhhhhh?!?! Krista was so incredible. They use an OPEN system colon cleanse machine called (Angel of water ) which is great for many reasons. 1 . You don't need much supervision with those system so it allows you privacy . 2 . You can stop the flow of water with the on and off switch if you feel like it's getting too intense. 3 . The area of the system is nice and big so it allows for less "accidents" to happen and also helps you to relax. I'll definitely be back to this location. The only part of the experience I found a bit confusing was that the entrance was somewhat hidden inside a health food store. This may be a bit confusing if people aren't aware of the exact location.
