We were installing a 8" x 9 foot drink rail for a game room, so we were on a budget. They worked with us to find a remnant in the color we wanted. They helped us choose our options for edge and corners, and set up a time for on-site measurement. It was just before Christmas, so we chose to defer installation until after the holiday. When they measured, they were right on time, and used high tech laser equipment to measure and draw the space. They discussed the support requirements to me, and they were gone in less than a half hour. They returned with the granite about week later, and installed the slab professionally and neatly. My chimney chase blew off in a windstorm; difficult access, sloped ground and three stories high. The first quote from a different vendor was for $12+K to rebuild the whole chimney, but Brandon said they could just replace the chase and cap at a third of the cost. They assembled scaffolding to inspect the job and left it in place for 5-6 weeks while the part got manufactured, at no cost to me and probably inconvenient to them. I was a satisfied customer but 2 1/2 years later a freaky windstorm hit it again. When I reached out to Brandon he said the work was guaranteed and repaired it for a 2nd time at their own expense. I like the way these guys handled themselves and highly recommend them based on this experience.

After only four years the stove is now garbage. It was installed so badly that it's a miracle the house didn't go up in flames. They installed the stove with an electrical socket that had an incorrect clearance; there was no heat shield; the collar was unattached from the two flue pipes; the pipe was not insulated; the flue was not capped; and, the stove was installed with plywood visible in the mantle. We were told that they would get the permit but they didn't. I guess they knew it would never pass inspection. After all of that, they would not reimburse us for anything, not even the price of the stove itself. The stove manufacturer wouldn't honor the warranty because the installation was done so badly. Get someone else.
