Also, the contract had a 20% markup that I question and he said it was for Insurance What ? They did a lousy job do not hire this company Oscar had an excuse for everything when I asked why they took off as soon as I paid them. He said it was going to rain and they didn't want to get wet well it did not rain.

The guy cutting the lawn said he was concerned about the new grass even though the grass had been growing for almost 6 weeks by then. Then he recommended I fertilize the lawn to deal with weeds which didnt make sense. Weed killer or over seeding would have been a better solution.
