We got our tires just fine but were told that our car failed inspection and needed massive repairs which would cost several hundred dollars. Furious that GY stuck brand new tires on an old car they claimed needed major repairs, we went to Greg's. They took one look, immediately found a much easier solution because the problem was actually minor not major, and saved us several hundred dollars. They even used our car as an example of an old vehicle that was in excellent condition. After the deceit at GY we could not have been more thrilled. Greg's is worth the wait even when they're busy; just another sign of what great service they provide. We're sticking here as our go to auto shop!

I told the mechanics the same. I asked them to check out why my car wouldn't start, fix my AC and a fix the break noise. They took care of the AC and break noise the first time just fine. Didn't check the other issue about the car not starting that I mentioned but left my terminal slightly disconnected from my battery. The second time, I came back explaining I was about to leave for the trip. I HAD to come back because the terminal they left unconnected started smoking. They took no responsibility and made me pay for the new terminal and the labour. They told me this would fix the car not starting as well. I took it home, it would not start the next day. The THIRD time. I take it in and let them know it's most likely the alternator or the starter. Explaining the battery is essentially new. They call me back and tell me that it's the battery.... I pick up my vehicle and change the battery myself. The vehicle still has the starting issue... This means they are not trustworthy. THREE opportunities to do a proper inspection. Knowing they would be risking me and my family in a long trip. They lied about properly inspecting my vehicle, lied when they told me the terminal fix would be ok for me to risk a long trip which could have stranded me and my family. They took no responsibility and were willing to let me pay for their mistakes and lack of professional diligence. Ps. On top of this they prioritized a car show over customers and when I showed up to an appointment to fix the terminal they left off that started smoking, that was SCHEDULED, they told me to come back because the car show was more important.

Engine blew up despite having ample oil and coolant. I look my cars, I check fluids. This things just grenaded like many of the engines of this model year do. I called the Service manager and they offered us absolutely no help at all. Now looking at a $3500 bill on a car we still owe almost $20k. Things go wrong, especially on Subaru. Don't always get to the center of the vehicle even if it's narrow. And I wish the undercarriage had more pressure. You feel the detail of what this car wash does is amazing. And they will run you through if the center doesn't get cleaned. The undercarriage wash tends to leave a lot of sand behind. Maybe more pressure or maybe more nozzles to spray the unbidding title now. But either way, don't let that deter you.I will travel 30 miles just to use this car wash. As I am in Middlebury, Vermont. The battery wouldn't take a charge. He told me to take a different vehicle so I could get home , 60 miles and 1.5 hrs on New England back roads. He installed a new alternator the next day and delivered my vehicle to me at my home. I thought all problems were solved. The next day, I leave for work and the battery light goes on! I return June and switch off vehicles and call Auto Connection. The owner arranged for me to take the vehicle to the local Honda dealer the next day. I make it to the dealer with a battery light on and the battery not taking a charge. The repair was a simple wire connection tightening. Auto Connection paid the bill directly and in full no questions asked. Being in the service industry and a small business owner for my entire adult life, I have very high expectations for the exchange between business and consumer and I can be hard to please. Auto Connection met with pleasure my expectations as how to resolve the problem. I was very very impressed! I would drive the 60 miles again to buy another vehicle from Auto Connection and highly recommend them!

To sell a single parent with health issues a car needing shy of $2,000 of work within the first week says a lot about a company. Be careful in dealing with this business.
