There were no upsell tactics, no extended warranty bullshit, no nothing but a car delivered to my house for the price we agreed upon. In fact, they floated the down payment until the next day because I wanted to pay by credit card and something was going wrong when they tried to process it from my driveway. Of the other Honda dealers, this one was the most responsive and the most willing to work with me via email. I did get an offer from another dealer for the exact same car for a few hundred less but I went with Key because of how they treated me.

So my car, that is in excellent conditions needs to have all new pads (could be, but as of today my brakes are still working properly) but also the 4 brake system needs to be replaced? I know and understand car mechanics, I could change the brake pads only without the rotors. Rotors could be rectified at 1/4 of the price. I believe that's not a good practice for car dealerships.
