Arrived there to drop off my car and they made the whole process very quick and easy, and also made sure I had a ride to enterprise rental car in a timely manner. As for the body work done on my car, it looks better than before the accident. When picking my car up today they asked me if i wanted to keep the headlight that was replaced, which was a small gesture but definitely earned some points in this review. Overall, a great "Semi-family" owned body shop that I will come back to if I needed any more work done on my car.

I had to have my daughter's car towed to the shop on the day they were closed. They were kind and…read moredidn't mind when they open the next day to see an extra car in their lot. They were flexible with my daughter's class schedule and even offered to pick up the car key from her. They were able to diagnose the issue, made some observations and advise us on what need to be done. Estimates and detailed suggestions were given for us to make a decision on what to do. Repairs were done in such timely manner that my daughter was able to get there before closing the next day to pick up the car! They were courteous, efficient (!!!), professional, and kind in all the interactions we had. I'm so thankful to find them on yelp when we were in a panic!

After 1 1/2hrs she called AAA to get an update. AAA tried to get back in touch with Garcia and was told someone was on the way. After more than 2 hours, and still stranded, AAA called my daughter to tell her the driver was no longer communicating with them. AAA paid them in full up front. After 4 hours AAA coordinated with another company. Feel free to use Garcia if you want a company that will take your money, leave you stranded for hours in extreme conditions, and is utterly lacking in integrity. If you do have any common sense you will wisely avoid them.

I was at work, and they let me text them my home address and the address of the mechanic, and they did the rest. They are a bit on the more pricey side, I paid $110 to get my Kia towed about 4 minutes away, but I think it's just a flat fee, not by the mile or distance. So if you're trying to get your vehicle across town it's a dang good price. The driver was super nice and offered to let me pay over the phone but we didn't have the same payment app, so I ended up sending someone to get cash to give to them. Overall very professional, kind, and seemingly knowledgeable. I would 100% use them again :)
