What makes it worse is despite the fact that I complained about my low rate and dissatisfaction, the agent pretended he couldn't increase it and that he was making less money through me. The benefits (statutory holiday pay, etc) are also completely non-existent so I highly advise you not to waste your time with them. Any agency that makes money through the hard work of people and still rips them off should not be on the market.
