He…read moreis worth waiting for, as I discovered the hard way, when one of my passengers allowed her dog to puke in my brand -new car and then proceeded to push it into the seat crevices to hide it. I needed help right that minute, so I took it to a 35-years-strong detailer/reconditioner. $125 later, my car was still unusable. I asked this self-proclaimed expert what he did, and essentia his answer was "vacuumed and wiped down the surfaces." He claimed he didn't know how to remove the seat because it was a Tesla. Assuming incorrectly that the man had a point, I sought out a mobile "Tesla-certified" detailer and ding repair to remove the seat and get the vomit out from there--something Quinton had done for my previous Nissan. Q tried to warn me that there is probably no such thing as a Tesla-certified detailer. Indeed. $1,000 later, they removed my seat and asked for $2,000. I barely squirmed my way out of that, but suffice it to say, they bombed my car with Comet and Spic n Span (which was now stuck in crevices untouched by puke), and left me in fear for my life. I called Quinton, hat in hand, and said my car is absolutely unusable and possibly ruined. He sent two detailers immediately. Three hours later, they'd shampooed, steamed and extracted my nightmare away--for a fraction of what the faux mobile detailer had extracted from me. Lesson learned: It's always worth waiting for someone who knows how to do their job, and cares about it being done right. THANK YOU QUINTON AND ELTON!
